Infrastructure of the building and engineering block
Campus is lush green with fresh surrounding
Food is average but still eatable and healthy

Small campus of area about 50 acres, can be improved
They do not have a separate auditorium for programs

Course Curriculum Overview

Overall course curriculum is good. They will teach basics in first year and core subjects from second year, but some useless subjects like biology are added to the curriculum which is not at all necessary

Internships Opportunities

Intership are available in India mainly or some short term online interships in foreign countries. Decent companies offer internships but not open for all the students mostly those who have good track record of gpa

Placement Experience

The average college placemgo upto 8-10 lpa but most of the students from aerospace engineering departments go for higher studies in American and Europian universities, highest package recorded was of 60lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

I got into this college through COMED-K entrance sxam and got scholarships, aling with the scholarship, mh total tution fees are 264000Rs per semester and hostel fees for triple occupancy are 84000 for women

Campus Life

Campus life is very good here, numerous events and social activities happen all over the campus, various sports and the coaches are available providing the professional training, many of extra curricular activities are conducted

Hostel Facilities

I live in triple sharing accommodation, for girls there are 5 hostels and all are in campus, my fees are 84000 per semester along with laundry and food, but rooms are not spacious, some hostels have attached and some are not

Admission

I opted this course in this particular college because I got it throught the first counciling round of COMED-K exam and the other colleges I applied for had higher cut-offs compared to this college. Although those colleges had good placement records too

Faculty

Aerospace Engineering faculties are involved in really good research based and we have scope for research and studying on wide range, exams are moderate except the subject is so hard. Limited faculties are there

Night Life

Best nightlife in the city,but nit so good in the campus. The campus has very good gym and decent cafeterias , I must say it has one of the largest and best libraries, Famous hangiut places are Aromas(cafe) , cricket ground, etc

A great place for learning and career growth

Placement Experience:

Excellent placement training and reputed companies visit the campus. I had received offers from three companies which reflects the quality of opportunities available. Placement is one of the college's biggest strength. Student with no backlog and good academic records will get easily placed.

My life at CMR - University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects like: we had 2 internal exams in the semester and after completing these internal exams roughly at the 5th month we had practical exam + end semester exams, these exams would be mainly theory based inclusing some conceptual based questions & based on our understanding only, we can able to write the answers. One thing, I would suggest was we shall give more weightage to the practical based learning, that too during our days we were just the beginning of AI & Iot era was effectively going on, if we had some advanced eductaion covering these aspects we would have got the opportunity to shine more in our carrers. As a student, we faced slight diffuclities and challenges matching the real-life happenings with the acdemics, that would be one of the shortcoming I can say.

My campus life so far

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the curriculum is well planned, balanced and easy to follow. We start with the basics and along with theory there's a good amount of coding practice, assignments, and hands on learning. I like that the course isn't just about passing exams, it also focuses on building skills that will be useful later for internships and placements. So far it feels relevant, practical and not overwhelming for someone who's just starting out.

One of the best colleges or universities for B Tech and pocket friendly

Placement Experience:

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.
