Likes

College environment is very good and they maintaing green environment
In our college ragging is strictly prohibited
Lab facilities are good and well maintained

Dislikes

They not maintaining washroom properly and it is not clean to use
If it is rainy season most of the study were struggling where to go there is not enough space to chill
Bus facilities and internet facility are very poor

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes in our department both theory and practical session are conducted to students to gain knowledge They provided staff for both theory and practical courses Most of the time question are very difficult but they solve the questions after the exam completed

Placement Experience

Most of the students were placing in good company and good salary and most of them were choosing IT field. Every year more then 10 company for all departments. For 100 percentage more then 55 percent of students got placements

Average college life because most of the students imagined their college life more beautiful and peaceful but in this college most of the things that reduces the experience and it is compared to school

Admission

I prefered mahindrra engineering college before I joined this college because this chemical engineering course is very good and fees is comparivily lower then the mahindra college. In erode sengunthar engineering college the chemical engineering course is old since 2000

Faculty

There are enough number staff in our college All the staff are very polite and friendly. They provide more support and share knowledge equally. There is no perticular reason to mention staff that I dis liked

Night Life

Gym facilities are good for only boys Worst cafeterias because most of the couples occupy the canteen area and most of the students were struggles to enter the canteen There is no place to hangout because the college is placed in village there is no bus facilities for students

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

The Lab facilities is very good for the students to improve the coding knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas.My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.

I like here incubation lab because I learn lot from the lab and then they identify students ideas and provide fund also

I don't like food because that food and all not eaten in my life
I don't like the hostel because they gave a common bathroom for us

Affordable College ESEC

1)I actually didn't apply for any other College other than this college as at the time of admission, i didn't posses my Transfer Certificate which was much required for applying to counselling. I joined the college using management seats. They asked me to fill a registration form charging 500. Then i had to pay 5000 as admission fee which was used as the fee for placement for that year. The eligibility for joining is to have completed class 12 with a decent cutoff and none other. I was asked to pay 35000 per year as mess fee and was not charged any money as i came under PMSS scholarships. All other fees mentioned were to be paid by me....Read More

My experience at ERODE SENGUNTHAR ENGINEERING COLLEGE

The eligibility for the course is to pass the 12th board exam with 1st class and up to 170 cutoff is more than enough for this course. The application form can be downloaded through the college website or else you can visit the college directly and collect the application form. I didn't avail of any reservation benefits.
