The college management is the best according to me.My experience has been great till now.

Course Curriculum Overview

Bmcc is and autonomous college. Its exam and curriculum is different from the University. The exams are divided in 2parts external and internal. 60marks external and 40marks internal every semester. Total of 6semesters in 3 years of course. Each year syllabus changes.

Placement Experience

I,being a new student Don't know much about placements and internships. But I have researched a bit and got to know that there are many internships and placement opportunities in second year. Many companies may provide job.

College Events

There are a number of events celebrated in our college.One of the biggest is the BMCC ASTITVA. There are many cultural events like dance workshops,music workshops,Drama, etc.Many sports events are also there in Bmcc.Many subject related events are also there in the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I am in first year bcom. My fees,being a maharashtra student is like Rs9600approx. Other expenses like transport are 50-60rs per day. No other expenses.I have my own house in Pune so I don't have to pay the hostel expenses.But my friends live in hostels so the hostel expenses are almost 5000per month with mess facility.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not opted for any scholarship or educational loan.Never thought about it in detail.I will need and educational loan at the time of my Mba.

Campus Life

The campus of Bmcc college is just awesome.There is a big ground for sports.There are different rooms for different activities. The gender ratio is almost 1.1 in my opinion. There are an equal number of boys and girls. The library is very good. Many extracurricular activities like dance and singing are there. Computer labs are there for online exams and for computer practicals. Many competitions like inter college competition in sports and quizzes are conducted. Debates are conducted in class.

Alumni/Alumna

I have not met with much of senoirs.But the ones I met have been quite helpful and kind to me.They encourage us for participating in different activities.

Admission

I got admission in the 5th list of b.com when my name appeared in the list. The next day I got admission. The date of my admission was 10th July 2019. There was an induction by the vice principal while my admission process was going on. After verification of my documents I got admitted in the college.

Faculty

The faculty is very good.The staff is well organised.Teachers are very experienced.College is well maintained.There are many extra curricular activities in the college like NCC,NSS, Red Cross, disaster management, etc.There are different faculties for different activities as well.

IMDR Pune: A Good Choice for PGDM Aspirants

Likes

I liked the vibe carries right from the induction period.
Faculty is approachable and friendly, Teaching is practical based
Presentations help improve students in their communication skills

Placement Experience:

Since, I am currently pursuing my PGDM I have not yet experienced the placements offers by the college. However college gives better career opportunities to start with by offering good placements with minimum package for 600000

College is Good

Likes

Infrastructure is just too good- Building is Fully Air Conditioned
Placement are really decent for a Commerce Graduate around 6-7 Lakhs per annum
Lots of student Associations are there to gain practical exposure.

Dislikes

Very Strict Attendance Policy of 75 Percent.
Rigid and Time Consuming Course Structure
Lot of Fests are there but they do not match the Vibe like North Indian Colleges Fests

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent around 6-7 LPA and almost 50% students get placed and the Highest package is Around 22LPA . Many MNCs visit the college such as McKinsey,Barclays, Goldman Sachs etc. • I am planning to get placed in a MNC.

Likes

Most important thing I like about my college is they are like the whole college is so creative.
There are many different batches or mat department but when it comes to fest or festivals they comes together to celebrate it
Talking about placement, the placement cell is soo good that I'll say every colleges should have this level of college cell as they invited, big companies such as Deloitte, hdfc bank,KPMG

Dislikes

The point which I dislike about my college is they should increase campus
Some of the teachers really need to behave like when they talk to students they don't know the manners
Basically the watchman is not good at all I personally feel that they really need to change their watchman as their is many girls in my college so at least one or two lady watchmen should college hire for their safety

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my college they provide us a presentation concept in which they teach us about how to face the real world and the remove the fear of speaking to world .they try to make every student more confident in any manner. Basically my department is soo good that they teach us alot of real world how to speak,how to look,how to handle everything in professional manner

Memories with study

Likes

I like that boy and girl are very comfortable and good friends and the there so many activities of girl to enjoy in library and in sport room there was a particular time of play for girl and boy to enter in sport room and there was activity of dance
Also I like teacher and the staff was very cooperative they help students in study and also help in other activities like in sport music dance and Also there are separate teacher for other subject
Also I like the canteen of my also was very good and the food was very good and the staff of canteen was very hygienic and very neet the price was also affordable

Dislikes

I don’t disliked any thing but I want a change in the college because the play ground of the college was big but not clean
And the second thing i disliked was the class was so small and the space was so big

The course curriculum is generally relevant and comprehensive especially due to specific aspect like its practical ,updated syallabus ,aligned subject which strongly influenced my decision to choose this course for my future aspect and the exam frequency and timming are managed was fair not difficult theory was little hard

College with amazing experiences.

Likes

Faculty over here is amazing , well educated qualified friendly teachers u will get
Canteen food is hygeinec and very nice they prepare everything fresh.
Sports are being conducted everyyy month there is gymkhana for students to play

Dislikes

Washroom facilty can be made better atleast for girls washroom
Some crowd over here is not decent according to the locality here.
Notes material are not provided completelyy

Placement Experience:

Placement in this college is nice they are offering good perfentage of placements over here!. Everything is consideredd well. 15000 20000 salary can be given to freshers which is good according to market. My plans after degree is to do CA.

Teachers are well qualified and experienced
The curriculum is suitable for students who are doing professional courses like CA CS ACCA etc.
There is always a scope for starting a side hustle in this college. You will find many associations and clubs

Dislikes

The examination results are always unexpected. Correction of papers and result declaration is unsatisfactory as marks are not given properly.
The extra facilities provided in college seems to be just for name sake because there is very limited time to access the facilities.
The schedule of the college is dynamic and there is no concrete timetable. Teachers complete their syllabus in last moment

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is relative to Mumbai University curriculum. College takes intiative in making the student confident as it includes practicing presentation skills and builds communication skills simultaneously.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty provides proper and needed attention to all the students. The way of teaching of the faculty is highly appreciated. The teachers creates an attentive, interactive and lively environment and teachers along with real-life examples. Exams aren't that difficult to pass as the teachers make every subject and topics easy to understand and learn and pass the exams with ease.

I am from the small town, and to stay in mumbai is difficult. So my college contains hostel facility and also it is reputed college. That's why I choose Sydenham College and I think its well college under Mumbai University.

Our college is very good. Our teaching staff is also very helpful but in our college staff which is working in college they are arrogant. Our college campus is not that much of good. But as per education I like this college very much.

A life in BMCC college

So the for the Pune location according to me to do BBA-IB course this BMCC college is excellent compared to othere colleges. Yeah before getting into the BMCC college I did applied to other college like Modern, Ness Wadia , MIT , Garware, Symbiosis. I did received the call from those colleges for the admission but in the end after looking at all the aspect also the fees and the ROI and location I decided to go ahead with the BMCC college during my tenure the admission in BMCC college was provided through the 12th std marksheet. Right now in recent years the admission process in college is through the Maharashtra cet exam also they do conduct there own college exam. Honest and genuine review of BMCC

Main purpose of choosing this college was the atmosphere around the college which is clean and good which really attracts the campus is clean the faculyy is good and everything is in a good order. I also got calls from many college for admission like Indira college of management and MIT but there fees are too high and also don't offer a lot of things I got regected from IIM's because i didn't make of the cut off's of there exams Admission process was easy.
