World Class Maritime Studies at "Tolani Maritime Institute"

Everything about our college is positive as they groom our personality so much but the only negative thing about our College is that we're isolated from the external world but thats acceptable as we are under training.

Course Curriculum is very profession oriented, We are taught ship subjects and we get to know about practical knowledge of the ship, We here at TMI are trained to be the best of the cadets who can work in extreme conditions and make sure that Ship reaches its destination.

Placements at TMI for BSc Nautical Science (Deck Side) is 100% as the companies start coming from the third semester itself and it goes till the sixth semester,every Cadet gets placed in world class companies with a high pay scale

1. FRESHER Cup for the newly joined cadets 2.INTER HOUSE SPORTS for the sports competition between houses 3.INTER HOUSE MARCHING 4.INTER HOUSE SWIMMING 5.FITTEST MAN COMPETITION 6.USOM These all competitions are there to test comradery and teamwork of the cadets.

Fee for BSc Nautical Science (3 Year Program) is about ?14.10 Lakh which may seem expensive but the services that they provide including the placements, in my opinion that's something one can take as we can earn this much in one year and get out of our debt.

TMI has partnered with HDFC bank for the loan facility and our college gives scholarship to top 12 out of 80 cadets of BSc Nautical Science Program,to help them perform better and make sure the competition is healthy and high.

We've excellent sport facilities including Squash, Badminton, Basketball, Football and Cricket. We've got a an Olympic Size Swimming Pool and the workshop in our training institute is one of the biggest in the country.

Hostel is Compulsory for Maritime Studies and Training as we're taught how to live as a team and work as a team in other words we cannot live in outliving,we've got excellent messing service and laundry system is also there including a Gym.

Alumini Network of TMI is extensive and they're at top positions of Industry whenever there's a need of them for the placements or something like that they've always come forward for the help and support.

I filled form of IMU Et and secured a good All India Rank, after that I gave TMISAT and Interview with the final merit list i got my name in it and I joined Tolani Maritime Institute for Maritime Studies.

Faculty of TMI is truly world class they are Ex-Navy and Ex- Merchant Navy who teach us various subjects that they've mastered & they pay full attention to each and every Cadet here, moreover they always motivate us to work hard.
