Course Curriculum Overview
I loved the software engineer and I passionate about this and so I get admission in IT engineering. The curriculum for preparation is average,you should do it yourself. In IT course you need to be prepared for your programing language and job aspect skills. In every 5 month exam will be held and examination dificulties are moderate.
Placement Experience
As i am in 1st year i dont have enough accurate knowledge about the placements however as much as i have heard the placements are good/avg and many companies visit over here. The college is infront of Wipro main branch KOlKATA. As much as i have heard many students secured good on campus and off campus placements, one got placed at 23lpa from aiml.
Fees and Financial Aid
1st sem -85000 2nd sem -76000 3rd sem -73000 4th sem - 73000 5th sem - 74000 6th sem - 74000 7th sem - 75000 8th sem - 75000 This is the normal and general fees for every student. Their are scholarship available for west bengal students only SVMCM scholarship.Govt pay Rs. 60000 per year.
Campus Life
Here college campus Life experience is average. Here also conducte fest like Anakhronos, summer fest,tech fest and other also. Here sports like cricket, football, volleyball, tug of war ,chess and other sports also played and our senior also conducte sports event and winners got prize also. My college has very good and capable clubs like IIC, SAMARTH,ANAKHRONOS, ECLECTICA, GEKONIX and some other also.
Admission
I like the college's location as it is based on the prime location of Kolkata and it is very easy to travel to college and then to Railway stations as it is very close to the Sector V metro station. And this college is slightly better than other private colleges and percentage of placement. Here I get admission from WBJEE examination.
Faculty
Here faculty to students ratio is good enough.here some facilitiy members are very good and approachable but some are very egoistic. Here IT brunch faculty is very strict and disciplined. Here are 4 CA exam and 2 PCA exam held in our college.every CA is 25 marks and PCA is 40 marks. And final exam is 70 marks and 5 marks are for attendance.
Night Life
Here in college no gym is available, Library is good enough and here 2 cafeteria is available. Here college has no hostel facility we lived in p.g here p.g is available. Here our college located in prime area so nearby college has many visiting sights.
