Remarks

Management was satisfactory till last year but after getting autonomous status a lot of changes and improvements are being undertaken. It will take time to compete with bigger institutions but for now, it is good at this level.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum and exam structures are as per the norms of every affiliated college. It helped me to learn my subject part by part covering the entire syllabus within the given semester period.

Placement Experience

Every year 60-75% of the students in the present batch of that year are placed in many companies in the on-campus interview itself. Internship based news and arrangements are made spontaneously and also if mentioned by any of the students.

College Events

Workshops- arrangements are made according to requirements of the program Guest Lectures- VIPs of all surrounding areas, either related to technical or to the non-technical fields,are invited to give lectures to the students from time to time. Symposium and cultural- Those are the days of festivity. Students look forward to those days and enjoy it peacefully Festival celebrations- Festivals of our as well as nearby states are celebrated with great joy.

Fee Structure And Facilities

College fees & Book fees - Rs.79000 per year Bus fees - Rs.12500-1600 approximately every year ( fees varies based on bus stoppings) Exam Fees - Rs.300 per paper No due fees - Not yet mentioned this year yet.

Fees and Financial Aid

I offered for Community Scholarship which is funded by our Government. The required procedures and everything else is done through my college.

Campus Life

Campus life is good here. Necessary freedom is given and interaction among student departments is present. Partiality is not seen here. Clubs for various activities are there too. Sports are good but still need better improvement yet. The labs need changes according to current trends. Competitions and other programs are conducted well but not frequently.

Staying in touch with alumni and seniors depend on students individual interests

Admission

I Applied for this college through Anna University counseling. I was allotted date and asked to attend the counselling on the mentioned date. On the mentioned date I was asked to choose a college from a list of colleges that had seats available for my Higher Secondary marks.

Faculty

The faculties are well equipped for my college. There are Fresh as well as Old ones, who interact well with everyone and share their knowledge as well as experiences without any difference in opinions.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

The faculty were very much friendly and very knowledgeable in practical teaching
The Lab facilities is very good for the students to improve the coding knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas.My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.

I like here incubation lab because I learn lot from the lab and then they identify students ideas and provide fund also
Here I like the sports activities and then cultural activities

I don't like food because that food and all not eaten in my life
I don't like the hostel because they gave a common bathroom for us
I don't like the mess because it was uncleaned

Yes they will provide placement training for afterthat the will provide the placement to us with average salary 50000 high and 75 percentage of students get placement our college highest salary 12lakhs per annum

My experience at ERODE SENGUNTHAR ENGINEERING COLLEGE

The eligibility for the course is to pass the 12th board exam with 1st class and up to 170 cutoff is more than enough for this course. The application form can be downloaded through the college website or else you can visit the college directly and collect the application form. I didn't avail of any reservation benefits.
