Likes
- Firstly i would love to say that the infrastructure of my college was good and the cleaning systems also but the washroom lacks soaps, tissues ,cleansing
- Then coming to the teaching, the teachers are awesome of my college they take classes to seriously and teaches very well, looks so experienced and qualified,understands students point of views
- I was from one of them who doesn't go to college daily but yeah i can say that i regret it now alot. Saying about placement so I don't think ki there something like this happens in my college as i have never heard about placements in my college life
Dislikes
- Some teachers who disrespects students i mean not disrespect but the way of talking of them used to seem rude but my class students were really like obedient,punctual, respectful.
- There were never found saops in the washroom they used bottle having liquid soap in it and it looks dirty also the staffs washroom are more cleaner then students that should not happen ,they have mirror in the staff washroom but not in the student's.
- Yupp canteen there was nothing tasty to o be eaten. Stays so dirty. No drinking water available
Course Curriculum Overview
Talking about curriculum so that's a tough one but yup I cleared it so well and the exams happens every semester like i have given it 6 times and we also have internals before exams Teaching methods are good for my faculty
Fees and Financial Aid
I had submitted the fee for 1st year like 14000 something and then it increased to 16500 and then again 16500 also yeah the fee structure isn't affected by the categories of the students it's same for all in one course.
Campus Life
So talking about annual function it happens in the February and march time its about 3 day consecutive festival of my college where the societies of the college performs on the specific Days alotted to them. Also the DJ also happens to my college and outsiders weren't allowed at my time. So you can borrow the books from the library for upto 1 week only but then after if the days increases you have to pay fine for that also Talking about the facilities in the classroom so yeah there were benches and no chalk marker dusters . Only in one room there was projector for which teachers had to schedule class for that specific day to lecture held to that class Talking about sports so i have heard about cricket tournament happens in the college and also basketball tournaments there used to be teams who go out for matches.
Admission
So talking about my admission in college Maharaja agrasen college of DU , so i previously had taken the admission in shyam lal college but after advices from some people about the infrastructure and area around the college i chose to get admission into my college that is maharaja Agrasen college because that time it was merit based admissions and i qualified marks to get into it so yeah that's how i chose my college but i also wanted to go into indraprastha college for women but i couldn't because the cutoff was just 1 mark above. Actually i DU you don't get rejections you can only take admissions on the basis of merit list . Talking about the admission system so yeah it's very easy, i got admission in 2021 so that was corona period so the entire system was online and it all happened online like fee submission, documents submission etc. so i really don't know about the offline admission system of my college as it didn't happen on my time.
Faculty
Talking about the faculty so it's like neutral there are good to bad both teachers available. You can only know after studying from them. I was in commerce so i definitely liked so many from them. Like they approach if you would like to tell them about any difficulty or anything you would like to talk about. Yeah they listen to you and for sure try to solve your query. Talking about exams so yup I don't know but they were tough to me cuz i really never studied in the college the whole 3 years. But i haven't any back in any of my subject and i feel proud of it. Like students really gets fail in exams in college also.
Night Life
I haven't been there in the night time but i can say that the area is not so bad there are only societies here and there also having cafeterias nearby,Domino There is hostel building situated in my college.
