Likes

The teachers at keshav mahavidayala is focused on studies comparatively more than any other du clg
Infrastructure is decend build not very fancy but maintained just campus size is not that big
Environment at keshav is pleasent no fights n all and senior are very friendly boys and girl ratio is also good

Dislikes

Improvemet required at girls washroom and boys washroom they are not maintained
Fans and lights are not maintained in clg they are like sarkari office which doesnot hve funds
Fest in keshav are comparatively less than any other clg

Course Curriculum Overview

The course cariculam of du is same in every clg no matter you are in srcc or kmv thr paper will be same you will learning same thing the syllabus is on point not very much ling for bcom hons can be covered at last momment also

Internship in clg is are provided they are group formed where all the information will provided and you can learn many things from them they are several opportunities for the student provided but most of all are in 3rd year the opportunity to get intership in first year is tough

The placemt cell of keshav mahavidhyalaya try the best you to get placement you need to score more than 8 cgpa for getting sit in placement than you will get recruited if you didn't get placement you hve more opportunities there are many socities in the clg you can opportunity from them and intership and outside intership and skill development can my plans are toh get mba degree after this from india aur might I'll fly to abroad

Keshav mahavidyalaya is a part of delhi university Offer an affordable fees compare to other clg of Delhi university the fees for bcom hons is 12280 which is compartively cheap than any other institute and provide decend facilities no other fees are charged with student just an examination fees can be charged according to your subject varies from 1500 to 2000 each semester you can also apply for scholarship from delhi university portal.

Campus Life

My experience with campus life was great they give me very much experience regarding the politics and social work they hve many socities of different genre like arts and ncc and drama acting poetry where you can showcase your talent

Admission

I chose this clg because of the environement I get into this clg which is not comparable to any other du clg I mean the peace and student are are very friendly and environemt in elections were amazing they are two teams in keshav abvp and nischay

Faculty

Faculty of keshav mahavidhyala is gery good they are approachable and very highly qualified Some teachers like deepak sir can teach you good accounts but they'll also tease you Teacher like shalini is best in business with playfull nature Niloy is teacher of environment studies which is very entertaining and will teach you evs in very different practicle manner the examination are taken in clg in every each semester the exam are like 90 marks for core subject 30 for exams of vac and sec and evs

Night Life

The clg also hve gym in campus you can do gym till 11 am in the morning and thr clg hve a caferia which provide you good food at decend price which is pocket friendly for students and the clg hve a mother dairy also for buying suck product thr clg will going to open a nescafe cafe also you can hangout to majnu ka tila from clg its near and nsp pacific mall

Likes

The faculty members are supportive, knowledeable. Teacher explain concepts clearly and encourage student to participate in discussion
I like friendly and comfortable campus environment. student from different background intreact with each other
The college provides a good acedemics foundation and opptunities for overall development. being Part of delhi university also give student exposure to different events

Dislikes

some classroom and campus facilitues need improvement
placement oppotunites can be improved, esecially for student looking for better corporate exposure.
the evening college schedule can something be inconveibient because many acitvity and oppotunities are generally more accessible during regular college hours

I would rate the course curriculum around 4 out of 5. The curriculum is well structured and covers important subject related to commerce, accounting, finance, economics and business. Life at South Campus

Likes

The crowd at venky is great, diverse crowd.
The campus is well maintained and is one of the bests at DU.
Opportunities provided to students are great

Dislikes

The attendance policy is a little strict for 1st and 2nd year

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course provides a comprehensive image of finance and management, though after NEP, the curriculum seems a little irrelevent. The exams are conducted twice in a year, 2 sems per year, they conduct mid sem exams as well.

Shyam Lal College( Morning) Review

Likes

College is improving day by day teaching faculty is also helpful it recently got A++ NAAC credition as well
Overall college is good if you have good peer group.
Near to north campus so doesn't really feel much of headache if you want to visit regularly.

Dislikes

Shadara is not a good place to spend your college life.
Evening college crowd has made the reputation of the college bad.
Near by area is not safe for Girls in late hours.

Placement Experience:

6th sem is the first time college placement are proceeded . Companies are not impressive and mostly are entry level jobs such as cold calling and such which they offer. Highest package was 4 lpa and avg was 2.5 only. Around 60 percent students gets placed.

Likes

The online learning platform is easy ans simple to use students can acces lecture and assigments and study materials anytime
Faculty mambers provide clear guidance through online sessions and study materials they are supportive
They procides recording that was very usefull when we will not attend the live class

Dislikes

Since the classes are in online and also there are some techical issues while taking classes that will interupt classes
placement support is limited in online classes so students need to search for internships and job oppertunities on their own
Its deffecult to connect student coordinators while we wnat exam timetable etc they are too slow

I choose BCOM because the want to take ACCA after BCOM it will helps to improve my career and give a better job and also BCOM is the basices of ACCA like law, financial managment, taxation etc .The curriculam provide strong fountation for students who wamts to pursue higher studies such as M.COM , MBA and professuonal couses. BCOM helps to understanding real world bussiness practices , accounting sytem etc . on;ine study material recordimg leture and assigments also make flexible for students to study their own pace. exams are usually conducted semister wise the difficulty level 0of exam are moderate if students were attend the class regulary and prepare well

Faculties are best. They teaches you and create never ending bond with you.
Infrastructure is good but the area is small , the greenery is amazing and flowers are sooo sweetest.

Dislikes

No hygiene in canteen. Avoid eating from canteen.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is highly relevant notably the focus on real world applications and Advanced Financial reporting. It prepared me well for professional life. Improvement is needed in digital tool exposure.

i dont like any thing in this college

there is a green gaurden in my colleges old campus
we have a big ground in our college which i like i can play football there
they make an football ground in old campus which is good

Dislikes

techers are not good in teacing they just want to let it go the classes
my college was too small and the classes are not properly furnished for my class size
there is no place for sit in the shade or to make our mind diverted or have fun and the canteen is worst of old campus

i am from commerce background i want to do eco honers but in 12th i dont have mathematics so i cant then i decideid for b. com honers but i aloted the b.com program which is my 3rd priority umm i leanrd new things in my ncc and with my friends there are very less college activities to i dont know how to make my college life good and make some experiences they can make us travel with them to the real buiseness or any factory or a relay paper work from any company i want to do a camp in jab which is good for my ncc life but it is during my exams thats why i cant did that camp yet

Likes

i liked their faculty member and staff , they are played with students and taught as a friend
i liked canteen service and their foods it is hygienic but canteen infrastructure is not good
i liked their ground its have bollyball court basketball court badminton court and cricket ground also and they provide gym in college

Dislikes

i didn't like their campus because its not too much big
and college provide which lift service is not working properly
their bathroom is not too good and not too much hygienic

Course Curriculum Overview:

i choose bcom hons and all teacher are provide their 100% on their courses but neet to improve in practical exam because some computer not working and teacher teach students in one computer but there is no difficult paper according to time some time it's lengthy.
