Remarks

No more bad habits on our college i think may this college only best college in tamilnadu.

Placement Experience

There arent many companies coming on the campus for placements. HCL is one of the largest companies that visit the campus and arguably the largest recruiter for Sree Sastha Group.

College Events

Every department has its own symposium of which the CSE department's Phlegon is the famous one. It is the only decent symposium which does have some participation from the other colleges also.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Rs 50,000 per year. Fee is affordable.

More scholarship also they provided loan.

Campus Life

Sree Sastha College of Engineering shares its campus with Sree Sastha Institute Engineering and Technology. In fact both the colleges are housed in the same building as well. The building is huge overlooking the spread out grounds. There are football,badminton,volleyball and ball badminton courts on the campus too. The college library is also quite well stocked. Reading room facility is provided and students can use the computers and internet post the college hours.

Hostel Facilities

Sastha college has a majority of the crowd from chennai and kanchipuram. The college has both boys and girls hostel but not many stay in them. The 1st years have a different hostel to prevent them get bullied by the seniors. The crowd is not very studio

Good friendship with students and senior are helpful.

Faculty

Teachers at Sree Sastha college dont have good experience. Some of the teachers have just passed out of their engineering degree course and are not able to teach well. However majority of the students dont have any problems with their lack of experience

Sathyabama is value for money

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
