There is NCC in my college which I liked

Course Curriculum Overview

I rate the course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensive is 5out of Interest in political science influenced my decision to choose this course They prepare us for real world applications

Class Size: 300Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Years wise fees I paid is 20000 There is no fees of batchmates of SC/ST because of scholarship available to them There is no scholarship available for general or obc students Total fees of course is 60000

Campus Life

My experience with campus life is good. Infrastructure is good and all the facilities like library , computer lab are available . College conduct sports meet at regular intervals . Many extracurricular activities offered like talent show , culture activities , competition etc by college

Admission

I didn't not apply to any other college I applied in this and got admission I choose this due to NCC available in this college this is the primary reason No I didn't get any rejection from any college

Faculty

Faculties are good they take lectures regularly and encourage us to attend regularly There is semester system in our college . All faculties are good they gave their best . So all are my favourite.

Night Life

There is Library in college and daily all the newspaper like the hindu and indian express available in Library . Locality safe to roam around at college There is gym, cafeterias and public area also .

My Overall Experience at college has been very positive.

Placement Experience:

I feel pretty secure about my career because our training opens door that normal degrees just can't match. Our seniors land roles as risk analysts and foreign policy researchers, even secruing great spots at top think tanks right after graduation. Some even interned at Niiti Consulting, and others got into ShowTime Consulting and Stimuler. Seeing people land roles at Lead Tech and the BCG Graduate Apprenticeship Program gives me massive confidence for placements.

I liked the infrastructure of the college .
I like the way of teaching and the faculties are absloutely good.
Also we are able to converse with our teachers anytime we feel to as they are always ready to help us

Dislikes

There is not that thing that I disliked till now.
Everything is good in this university. Nothing is bad

Placement Experience:

This college provides placements to those who are well deserved to this. Students who do well in their academics and crack the interview are provided with the college placements. Highest package is around 56lpa from btech cse

My overall experience at JGU has been very positive.

Placement Experience:

I feel so relieved my seniors because our job placements had so much variety. I love that JSPC doesn't just box us into one specific career path. I saw huge consulting firms like PwC UK and BCG hiring right next to tech names like Zomato, OneBanc, and Kanerika. I also noticed great roles at places like Bal Raksha Bharat and Mom's Belief for anyone wanting to do advocacy, psychology, or therapy. I honestly feel like my career can go anywhere now.

The Faculty of JGU highly qualified, my overall experience at JGU has been execellent.

Placement Experience:

At JGU, the Office of Career Services puts a lot of effort into preparing us for the competitive industry in digital media, podcasts, investigative reporting, multimedia storytelling, and data journalism. We have an exceptional alumni network with students who have graduated from our college and become political reports at The Hindu or media consultants for the UAE-India council, or even bagged the role of anchors at NewX and ET TV. The intense training that we get makes us ready for the industry. The institution helps us a great deal in shaping our resumes.

Overall Experience at JGU has been very positive.

Placement Experience:

Thinking about life after graduation used to completely stress me out, but the office of Career Services here really takes the pressure off. They work right alongside us from the 1st year to fix up our resumes, practice interviews, and figure out what we actually want to do. Whether you want to jump straight into corporate communications, digital media, creative writing, or head off to a great international university for your master's, the support here gives you a massive head start. Seeing my seniors land great roles makes me feel so much better about my own future.

Management and study of the college which is very good

In 2nd and 3rd semester students should placed in campus and they provide internship for every student of the college and placement also. My plans after getting the degree of my course is join a big business company

JGU is delightful place!!

Likes

JGU Campus can match any international campus as it is that kind of a campus.
We have a sports stadium inside the university and nearly 20 sports facilities are included within.
Campus offers a splendid night life as well as students here can be seen roaming at the campus till 2 am as it is new normal here.

Dislikes

Most students here are not so serious about studies here as they are rich brats.
Intenrships we still have to find on our own as college doesn't provide from their end.

Placement Experience:

EY, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and all other companies which defies international economics are the ones which recruits students of JGU. Theh even conduct seminars and workshops and tells us the things which we need to add in our arsenal to be fit and ready for placements. Jindal Students of Economics easily score placements worth 5-7 lakhs and nearly all the students who wish for placements gets it too.

I want to become a IAS officer. Arts stream is the best way to achieve my dream job. Thats why i choose this stream over others. Exam level is easy to moderate. Sometimes question repeats in the question paper.

Likes

I really like the faculty because the faculty is renowned
I also like the freedom of choosing your major
I also like the diversity among the students

Dislikes

I don’t like pollution because of region in NCR
Sometimes you might feel homesick or left out
Too many rich people makes you feel left out

Placement Experience:

The placements rate at Ashoka is 100% though majority of students chose to go for further studies either abroad or prestigious Indian colleges. But if you want to sit for placement Ashoka will make sure you well trained and able to present your true self.

Best university for best career

Before choosing this college I searched about Kruk Shera University, but but that university was too far from my house so I did not choose that university and apart from that I also tried to take admission in BU university in Chandigarh, but because of some board issues I didn't applied there, but when I searched about this university, I found everything was perfect and it was also near my house and there was also hostel facilities for me to stay there, so I thought this is the best university for me and and the admission process is really easy in this college. for taking admission you just need your 10th and 12th mark sheet and some basic documents like Aadhaar card and other basic details.
