What Students Say

Likes

There was an good teacher who used to take chemistry for us
Badminton was the only sports we could play
Friendly security and good friends from college

Dislikes

Not letting us to play out door games for 2 years
They even cancelled the cricket match we had as inter class matches
Worst principal and vice principal, they carry grudge all over students

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to join pcmcs and I joined pcmcs but the selection of course was also difficult for me ,as thought about my future i can take bio for any fields placement and addmission, but the choice I made was not that bad

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I studied 12th in the national college, basavangudi . The college was worst amaoung all my 13 yrs studies ,I joined the in the year 2022 ,I wanted to play sports like cricket and football but this college didn't give us chance to play non of the games we liked .

Campus Life

It was 50/50 ,I liked few things and hated lot of things ,only 5 to 10 members around us were close to us ,others seemed to be misterious to be honest . That 1 teacher in college made me to continue 2 yrs of my college

Admission

I wanted sports mangement,i joined that college in search of sports compared to studies ,I was going to cricket coaching for 2 years and I had intrest in that ,but the college I joined didnt made us play games at all ,the jain college is better compared to this shitty college ,the hain college was cricket team

Faculty

The courses were good and the main subjects as physics, chemistry and maths were taught very nicely ,but the computer science teacher was just coming to class and used to teach to walls and go out when the bell rang

Interview Experience

No there were no such things ,but they told all lies to us in innogration programs ,they made our parents to believe that there college the best college anoung the whole banglore ,but they were noting but a piece of shit

Night Life

I love cricket and there was a big ground just beside the college ,I loved cricket so much that I used to bunk classes to play cricket ,we also used to play football too ,but he cricket holds the special spot in my heart forever

The great review

Likes

very first thing i like in the college is the wifi network,
the library which is very peace and silent
average places to take photos and nearby there is nandi hills to visit

Dislikes

i dislike the distance of the college, its too large, should walk soo much
the cost of stationaries in the general store
i dont think so faculy are that much expertise , only countable people worth it

Course Curriculum Overview:

see i have choosed this course because it is very relatable to CSE, coz my ranking was not sufficient to get this course. the course which i took "Information Science and Engineering" is really a good course. they make us real world engineers. the area they shld actually improve is, hiring worthable faculty.

Review for a Future aspirant

Likes

We have a temporary campus .which was taken as rent in goverment engeneering college raichur .and permanent campus was yet to finish by the time juniors come the permanent campus will be getting finished.just needed the proper campus no improvments
The campus life was not as expected by a student because here the cluns are not very active like in any other colleges , u can enjot a lot with your friends in your hostel.
Every branch has a faculty adviser we can meet them and discuss our problems with them .the faculry were very good they were well experienced ,they teach in general way as any teacher does on a digital board.

Dislikes

The placement cell is not that good , the students were not getting places for good amount of package as expected .
The labs were not well maintained that should be resolved that is the main problem in this college as well as library we have a very small library which is in a size of a regular class
Hostel was not within the campus which makes some difficulty to walk through the streets with roaming buses and cars and bikes , in our college boy girl ration was very less it is 1: 7 like that.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students are eligible for taking interships and they get placed in 7th semester and have to leave campus after 8th semester the highest would somewhere aroubd 20 lpa and avg would be 9 to 10 lpa . I plan to do Mtech in any reputed college by writing gate . The percentage of studebts getting placed are 70 %

Thoughts on BMSSA

Likes

Campus is amazing lot of open spaces and maintains all the greenary
The faculty is good as they all are practicing architects
The sports facility is also really good as there r lot of tournaments

Dislikes

Work load given is a lot and the pressure of submissions are unbareable
They expect a lot frm 1st sem students and forget the fact tht we jus started
Lot of teacher student rivalry and affecting the overall passing of the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is amazing but again the aheets given and the expected submissions for a 1st yesr is too much and the pressure is high .the teaching methods r basically every 10 students r allotted to s mentor who then guides them thru the design process

Likes

The teaching faculty is the best here all the doctors who come to teach us are well trained and knowledgeable
The lab facilities are also very good here, we are having good access to the lab also
We are also getting easy access to the Hospital whenever we want to which is giving us good clinical knowledge

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ayurveda is holistic science in total to study about. Ayurveda helps us a lot when it comes to the application and clinical practice point of view. Ayurveda aims at mainly "Swasthasya swasthir rakshanam, athurasya vikar prashamanam" our entire curriculum is based on the aim of ayurveda which states protecting the health of a healthy person and also reversing the pathology of the diseased individual. Ayurveda mainly aims at the Doshas(vatta, pitta and Kapha) to treat the pathology and also to maintain the health of the healthy person. Ayurveda language is sanskrit so 1st year Sanskrit should be learnt properly. The term vise examination and periodic assessment are helping us to revise and learn the concept better.

Overall review of National College Jayanagar

I actually wanted to take a drop for JEE exam , but i realised late and regretted it . Most of the college didn't have any seats left only few colleges in and around Bangalore had , are those were below average. Only this college had NCC as well as good sports opportunities as I was a Athlete i joined here. The admission procedure was nothing evn if you score 40% or even less they'll take you in , there is no cutoff for students. And admission have become very less maybe 40-50 students in a course . But exams a easy to moderate because they'll have direct questions asked ....Read More
