Remarks

Management is fine but should work on infrastructure and welfare of students, placement need to be increased by making a proper placement cell, students body need to be created and playing grounds and hygiene need to be improved, cultural programmes need

Entrance Preview

GGSIPU CAT exam 3442 rank the placement and course is very good which makes me to prefer this college over other ssimple entrance exam and counselling.

Internships Opportunities

NTPC BADARPUR it was a great experience learned a lot from there.

Placement Experience

Very great you can compare it to most NITs average package is 4lac paand 70% placement average.

College Events

Revoluzione big for such a low strength of students but you cant compare them to that of DU colleges fest because student strength is low.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Hostel facility is decent 6 out of 10 the mess food is below average 4 out of 10fees is 30000+30000(mess charge) for type rooms 48000+30000 for a type roomsno ground facility.

Fees and Financial Aid

EWS(economical weaker section) given by GGSIPU to students to help needy students offered every year rest education loans can taken from private banks.

Campus Life

2.5

Campus life not so great gender ratio very poor 2 girls for 70 boys poor diversity extracurricular average it depends on u whether u want to involve in them on not labs condition is good 6 out of 10 sports material will be there but no grounds and so not a ample opportunity competitions participation depends on oneself debate and some other societies are there and they are active too.

Alumni/Alumna

5 out of 10 the net work is not properly maintained and its there for has proven to be a weak link.

Faculty

2.5

Faculty not so great but curriculum is very vast and it gives everyone a decent chance to grab the maximum knowledge about power sector.

Good Campus, Good Learning and Overall Experience

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes more time than expected and can be a little confusing.
Hostel and mess facilities can be improved, especially in terms of food variety and quality
Sometimes the workload and attendance requirements feel a little stressful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

The college is spread across 300 acres of lush green campus with a lot of greenery everywhere. The weather is also very pleasant
The infrastructure of the college is well maintained with proper department and parks . The labs are well equipped with the necessary equipment required for the practical knowledge of the student.
Sports facilities are also top notch in the college and also gym is provided in the sports ground.

In rainy season water stands in the hostels making it difficult to move in and out of the hostel.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of the college is decent one with average package of about 12-14 LPA amd about 85% students are placed every year. Students can apply for placements after 2nd year and companies like JP Morgan , microsoft, Hero , ICICI Bank , etc. Visit the college

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.
