Course Curriculum Overview

4

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees i paid this year is 97438 . Cureently i am in 2nd year as i am a lateral entry student , so this was my fee in total . It included tuition fees, caution fees, registration fees , admission fees , development fees, and other compulsory charges. i don't know about exact amount of fees other category student paid but open category fees were bit higher than me and SC ST category fees was pretty . I have a batchment who is from SC category he paid like 15k around something or even less. I have currently applied for the scholarship named Rajashri Shahu Maharaj Scholarship . There are many scholarship based on merit and other category

Campus Life

5

I am having great academic and college life here in DPCOE , talking about technical and non-technical festivals they are held regulayly . We have cultural program, traditiona day, mismatch day , black and white day, twining day. Also DJ nights are held at the end of cultural program .We also have alot of technical club for automobile department specially named screwdriver which is very famous club which is ranked nationally as well DPCOE has its very own turf , every year we have sports competition , also inter colleges sports competition are held

Admission

As i am lateral entry student this College was my first preference in Cap round after diploma , as i wanted to do specialization in this field not in mechanical enigeering , not in any other engineering , but in automobile and DPCOE was offering this course so DPCOE was my first preference as i was searching for automobile engineering specifically. Admission process was pretty simple after diploma , when lateral entry cap round begun i filled online admission form of DEGREE and i listen DPCOE as my first preference and in first cap round i got this college, I received my allotment , then i for offline confirmation i did was my admission process which went smooth , fees were to be paid also we are allowed to pay in installments so . I confirmed my offline admission my parents got me a nice boys PG near by .

Faculty

5

My class size is 53 student and we have intotal 5 professor . Faculty of my department is pretty approachble .They are very friendly , whenever we need to clear our doubts we can go to them . One thing is they can be biased sometimes which is something i dont like . I specially like nakate sir as he is very helpfull . Overall we have 4 exams in one academic year total 2 insem and 2 end sem and also we have IT exams which are extra exam conducted for our knowledge . The ratio of student failing is quite less depending upon respective professor .Curriculum are very relevant .

Night Life

5

Nightlife in kharadi is best its very cozy and peacefull, there are may libraries to study the area of my college is filled with professional people as we have EON IT parks , also there are alot of spots to hungout for example a whole area for tea coffee snacks and whole meal . very famous place called honey smoke where alot of group of student hungout in lunchtime and also night . I live in Pg so i dont kmow about exact intime of hostel but i guess its 8.30 for girls and 10 for boys.

Placement Experience:

Placements at ADYPU are moderate and structred . Students usually become eligilble from the final year for campus drives. Various startups and mid level comapnies visit for roles in sales, marketing, operatioons and tech support . The highest pacakage generally ranges arounf 45-50LPA , while the average package is around 4.5-6 LPA , depending on the profile . A fair percentage of active students secure placements. After completing my degree, i plan to focus on skill development and pursue better career op;portunities.

Placement Experience:

placements in GHRCE are pretty good for CS/IT branches. Students become eligible from 7th semester, but companies starts giving training sessions from 6th sem itself. Many known companies visits like Tcs, Wipro, Capgemini, cognizant, Infosis etc The highest package goes around 20-22 LPA while the average package is around 5-6 LPA. Almost 70-80% students from CS/IT get placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get a stable job and then do masters.

Reviewed on Mar 2, 2025(Enrolled 2022)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course out of sheer curiosity and intrest in the field of Artificial Intelligence . The course offered by the college encapsulates all the major subtopics included in the field. Theoretically the curriculum offers great knowledge about various topics from your course however you yourself have to figure out how do you build your practical skills which you can use in the real world. teaching methods can be improvised by implementing a more practical learning based approach rather than relying on the theoretical part of the subject. there are 2exams per semester, one small exam called as mid semester exams and the other one is the major exam called as final semester exam. difficulty of exam is usually easy to moderate and one can easily pass the exam even if he/she does not study regularly.
