- No Boys Hostel inside College , One hostel for Boys outside campus and only for 1st year
- If you not from West Bengal and don't Bengali it little difficult to make friends and to understand in class
- Many teachers speak Bengali , i will find difficult to understand in first year
Course Curriculum Overview
Labs are very outdated. CSE labs is good. Engineering Drawing still happen in Drawing sheet not in Auto Cad Physics is very outdated Machnical and chemistry is very fun and easy to do Techers teach in board and through persentation ,in every class there is projecter College use google classroom for all announcement and assignments you have submit assignments online and offline both.
Internships Opportunities
Intership Oppertunites avialble in 2nd and 3rd year by many compaines like accenture , TCS,infosys,EY. They give average stipened and job oppertunites. ui/ux design My iit college also give research program in college Many hakathons also happen in college

I have taken addmission in 2024 and I will Graduate in 2028 My branch is ECE No core companies come hear Only IT companies come hear (EY,TCS,Wipro etc Higest pakage are generally 10 lakh to 12 lakh 90 percent placement happen is CSE,IT,DS,AIML,IOT and 80 percent is ECE brach many student prepare for GATE exam

There are many culbs hear but only few clubs are active dance club ,Music and Singing Club,Google devloper Club and NSS are active club soclialize is hard for student who is coming from other state But bengali peaple are friendly I my class boy to girls ratio is 6:1 Fest don't hapeen hear No boys hostel in campuss so no hostel life Rugular events happen always Limited sports facilites are avialable hear( archery , basket ball,and cricket) Student life is good in college only no outside because most of come from home Many books are avialable in library form GATE , Management,self help and books of all department You can borrow books for 15 days after that you charged 2 rupee per day

Hostel rent range between 7000 to 8000 per month Meal are average and some time bed Internet available Many PG and flat available near college Market is 1.3 KM far from college Registration is esay and you have give 2 month adavance before renting All boys live in twin shareing or three shareing
Admission
If you are given WBJEE exam and you not able to get Jadavpur univercity or Colkata univercity .Colkata univercity and IEM is very little campuss and IEM is very strict college .It is like school Here campuss is biggest in kolkata through WBJEE. Don't take branch lower than ECE. More My point of view ECE is best branch hear.
Faculty
Faculty are good and cooperative and good knowledge about subject Surprise test happen regularly of 10 marks labs class happen ED labs are very difficlut and boring CSE labs are hard if you new to coding 40 marks are internal marks Mid sem happen of 20 marks End sem is of 60 marks and mostly come form PYQ and suggestive papers Humanities Class are very boring most student skip class
Night Life
Their is no gym in college Therir is night life for girl becouse there hostel in campuss No hostel for boys in campass so there is no night life hear Their is mall nearby so boys and girl go there you can only hangout with your friends only in campuss
