Course Curriculum Overview

Our curriculum is VTU based. We have a good stretch of all the various subjects that are necessary for engineering students to know. But i would suggest that thye add more curent trends and technologies in the curriculum.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internsips are offered for students of all years. And they also encourage us to take up internships outside of college covering our attendance. And we will also have mentors in our college who can help in guiding us during the internship.

Placement Experience

Placements are good. The average placement is around 12-18LPA in CSE. The highest package this year is aound 44LPA. And almost all the students in the college get placed with majority of them coming under the average [ackage band.

Fees and Financial Aid

I joined through comedk. I am from general merit. My branch is Computer Science and Engineering. My comedk fees is 260000. Apart from that the college fees is 40000 and I pay a total of 300000 per year.

Campus Life

The crowd in the college is good. There are a lot of clubs. There are both technical and non technical clubs. Clubs are branch specific and also general to college. They encourage us to participate in club activities and events organized by college.

Admission

This college has a good reputation in comparison with other colleges in the same tier. It has good academic performance. Placements are good and internship oppoertunities are more here. And the professors are very experienced.

Faculty

All the professors are very experienced and have a lot of knowledge on the subjects. They encourage classroom discussions and doubt solving sessions. They utilize the entire class timings and make the class interactive.

Night Life

I am a day scholar. And the college offers facilities like library, food court, public area, auditorium, amphitheatre, etc. We can utilize all these facilities to te fullest. And it is safe to stay around in the college till late hours.

A great place for learning and career growth

Placement Experience:

Excellent placement training and reputed companies visit the campus. I had received offers from three companies which reflects the quality of opportunities available. Placement is one of the college's biggest strength. Student with no backlog and good academic records will get easily placed.

My life at CMR - University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects like: we had 2 internal exams in the semester and after completing these internal exams roughly at the 5th month we had practical exam + end semester exams, these exams would be mainly theory based inclusing some conceptual based questions & based on our understanding only, we can able to write the answers. One thing, I would suggest was we shall give more weightage to the practical based learning, that too during our days we were just the beginning of AI & Iot era was effectively going on, if we had some advanced eductaion covering these aspects we would have got the opportunity to shine more in our carrers. As a student, we faced slight diffuclities and challenges matching the real-life happenings with the acdemics, that would be one of the shortcoming I can say.

My campus life so far

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the curriculum is well planned, balanced and easy to follow. We start with the basics and along with theory there's a good amount of coding practice, assignments, and hands on learning. I like that the course isn't just about passing exams, it also focuses on building skills that will be useful later for internships and placements. So far it feels relevant, practical and not overwhelming for someone who's just starting out.

I would rate 5 out of 5. I specially enjoyed being involved in activities like ego and Rns, which made my college life more engaging. College provides good atmosphere, and I got good friendship in the college.

In our college placement training will be started from first semester only ..by 5th or 6th semester we can attend the campus selection So many companies are visited namely Infosys, wipro, accenture etc 12lahk will be highest i think also i dont know exactly and average will be 3.5lakh per year 70% of the students get placed by full filling the interviewers needs Im preparing for the civil services

One of the best colleges or universities for B Tech and pocket friendly

Placement Experience:

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.
