Great learning experience

I chose this course as it aligns with my career goals and interest The course is very relevant along with theory lessons we had lab experiments and field work as well So it makes the students industry ready I don't think so there's any need of improvement, everything was covered Exam difficulty level depends on the preparation, Syllabus was not very difficult to understand, so if syllabus is covered 80% then exams will be easy

We got the opportunity of an internship in the pollution control board, this internship provided valuable hands-on experience, gained practical skills and applied theoretical knowledge After completion of internship we received payment of 10,000

I didn't apply for placement as I was planning to do masters in the same field, but our college has a dedicated placement centre and I use to see various companies visiting college and hiring students

Total academic fee was 49,000 per year it included tuition fee, kab fee, admission fee everything. Later on no other fees were charged 2nd and 3rd year I paid 51,000 And in between students are supposed to choose an additional course for that fee will range between 500- 8000 approx. Students from abroad and non - karnataka they had a different fee structure, there's a difference of about 2000-5000

The main fest was Cul-ah it's basically inter-college art competition and students from different colleges use to gather and competitions were held and this fest was for 2 days by end of the day there would be DJ night Other then this there would be other fests such as cultural week and many more College has a proper library where everything was upto date and we also had e-library were you can collect study material from the browser The classrooms were well equipped with smart boards College also have dedicated sports association and inter- college competitions are also held, college has its own ground and basketball court

I was looking for all girls college with quality education, and a college which has co- curricular activities so Mount Carmel college was the best option And I didn't apply for other colleges, this college was my only option

The faculties here are very resourceful and knowledgeable. Faculty - student relationship is very peaceful When I studied my department had only two teachers both of them were true to their job and skill full Coming to exams, there's CIA ( continuous internal assessments) which is held mid-semester and end semester exam after the end of every semester

I have not experienced night life in and around campus very often but I can say that it's pretty much safe until 9pm after that the crowd is less and the shops also closes, and hostel has a curfew, students need to take permission from the warden if they are going out and there was not entry without ID card
