Remarks

College is good but they didn't believe in presentation they only gave assignment and they didn't gave internal marks.they gave 50% of its so because of that thing i hate our college.

Entrance Preview

Before Entering the college. I gave AEEE test. I gave this test in bhatinda. I get 5 lac. rank. Because of this rank i get seat in RIMT college. I didn't want to came in that college but my luck push me to came here.

Course Curriculum Overview

After +2 i am eligible for this test. I done my +2 in non-med. steam. I get CA coaching from best carrier insitute ludhiana and there staff was very good. All the teacher coming from IIT.

Internships Opportunities

Recently Swraj and hi-tech company came to our college for placement purpose. Sawraj gave 9000 per month and Hi tech gave 15000 stipend.

In our steam mechanical. Near about 20 person are selected for job placement. Only 2 company came in our campus . Sawaraj gave 9000 and hi-tech gave 15000 per month.

College Events

Many event held in our college. Recently a trip organized to manali for 5 days. In anual function. last year ranjit bawa and harbajan maan came to our college. Sippy gill also came our college and every month there is coltural activities happen. Few days before we celebrate engeering day and independent day.

Fees and Financial Aid

Only Sc/bc fund are given by our college. I don't know about loan facilities.

Campus Life

There are sports tournament held on every month. last month basketball, Chess and table tennis tournament held in wvery college. Another college are also participated. So campus life is good. There are 1 gym 4 ground are there in our college.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are very good with us. In our campus . Ragging is totally banned. I had never seen ragging in our college. We came together in college bus. so they know us and very helpful to us.

Faculty

Fee structure is feasiable. The rate is not too much high. The food quality of mess is good. There are 2 hostal 1 is ac. Hostal in this hostal. Everything provided 1 a/c in 1 roomand 2 non a/c. room. In that hostal coller were there in every room.

An honest look at campus

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for placement from 7th semester, with numerous major companies like wipro,cognizant and various tech startups visit the campus with various offers. The university sees a high percentage of students getting placed.The package are widely depending on various skill and codes. Furthermore while the highest package looks impressive on paper, the avg package remains modest for the majority of the batch. My personal plans after getting the degree focus on exploring independent entrepreneurial ventures rather than tradition corporate placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

SLIET longowal has well structured curriculum as per new education policy with well structured labs. to prepare for real world, college provide funds for startup and also motivate students to gain industry exposure. Many improvements can be done in curriculum like integration of cutting edge technologies, smart board, digital labs. There are three exams per semester two minors which take place in month of august and september and major or end sem exam in month of october, the timing of exam was from 1 pm to 4 pm. the difficulty level of exam is moderate

Placements in lovely professional university is decent and dont know much about it as i am in 1st year only but there were mandatory Placement classes for all which you need to select in 1st year only for which you need to pay extra 20k for the classes.

Remarks:

Good staff are very nice and supportive nature. There are not any faculty problem. Functions are organized in a very large scale which is very good. Ragging are strictly banned in college which is very good for fresher students. BAD: lack of equipment and machines in labs. Lack of practical knowledge for students.

I like the all facilities of my college. I give all the advantages and disadvantages of my education and college.

I also applied for the other college because I thought that in India there are number of colleges which provide better education but some colleges staff could not behave nicely like punjabi university patiala staff. Then I apply for another Coll but they are fake they just took adminission of students and can't provide education. So then my friend suggest me to study at RIMT university because he also studied there and I also like the college and the facilities of the college . The staff and students are very good and I like the system of college. The admission process of my college is they don't take any exam directly take admission. Then they need some certificates and 12th & 10 th marks sheet. So they have proof that student is able to study in a college and they also give 10,20,30 % scholarships to students according to their percentages in board classes ....Read More
