Likes
- The college have good placement and then numbers are really good. Average package of college is 6-7 lakhs.
- The faculties and teaching methods of the college are very goo. All the teachers are friendly and have good behaviour towards the students.
- No mental pressure from the college and they are focusing physical activities as well.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of college can be better. The dogs roams in the class in the middle author lecture.
- No consistency in the lecture. Lack of discipline.
- Not much availability of the practical learning in the college in every branch.
Course Curriculum Overview
I like to be creative and innovative and this course offers both of them. It does teach me a lot about what I am pursuing. The inconsistence lecture cause problem to the student who are travelling from long distance for the college. Students have to travel from building to building for the lectures and its tiring for them.
Fees and Financial Aid
I've paid 4530 for annual fees. And that fees is quiet affordable for everyone. For tuition fees, I paid 1500. Admission fees was 0 and that was really good. Other colleges charge much more admission fees then this college. Exam fees was 1750. My other friend who is doing ME from this college has tuition fees 3000 and admission fees is 0. His first year annual fees is 7500. There are many scholarships that are available for the student such as MYSY, digital gujarat and many more scholarships.
Campus Life
Many activities such as techfest, sports festival and many and physical activities take place in this college. Physical as well as e-sports activities takes place too. There are many interesting clubs in the college such as animal rescue club and Red Cross club and many more club are there. Impulse sport tournament took place in college and there were many sports in that as per students field of interest. Clubs plays important role in students life. They get to know more about here and there type of things except the studies.
Admission
I applied for Nirma College and pdu I was getting admission in those colleges as well but as per the fees and teaching perspective, this college is for better than those expensive colleges. I wanted to go in IIT but due to low rank I didn't get one. I didn't score enough to get admission in that college. In this college you can get admission through jee as well as gujcet plus board. Any student who is from outside of Gujarat gets admission form jee. Mostly students with gujcet plus board gets admission in this college.
Faculty
Faculties are really friendly with the students they solve all the doubts even if we ask them multiple Times. Students can approach the faculties without any hesitation they will respond in very friendly way. Especially Purvi Mistry mam who is really supportive and kind. She listen to all kind of problems any student have. I type of dislike Sandeep Bhatt sir who teaches chemistry. It's not like I don't like him it's just I don't understand the points he teach. In per sem we give two exams first one is mid sem and second is main GTU exam. Mid sem is on a moderate level while GTU papers are kind of hard to handle. Many students didn't qualify in GTU exam.
Night Life
Late night activities we play badminton table tennis and cricket around the hostel or in gym. Students are not much friendly in the hostel but they surely invite us to play with them seniors are really supportive and encouraging. Wego for late night walks around the college freely without any tension. Late night roaming is safe in college.
