Remarks

If I talk about the negative remarks is this college is affiliated from Kurukshetra University and the results are very bad. Almost 60-70% students of particular stream get reappear. And it never get cleared in first attempt.

Course Curriculum Overview

Electronics and Communication engineering is a very vast course in which we cover the core electronics and the communication part. Talking about the structure of exam, Exam consist of 8 ques and we have to answer 4 of them to score 100. And the passing marks is 40.

Placement Experience

Placements in Jmit is very much good. I thnk more than 100 companies visit to our college every year and most of the It companies of Chandigarh, delhi , noida Bangalore etc. Talking about the internship, No Jmit is not providing any kind of intership. You have to find the internship by your own.

College Events

There are large number of events celebrated in the college. The major events of Jmit is Blood donation camp and the annual fest. Apart from that there are more than 50 clubs in the college which organize different event olmost in every week of the year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

When I joined this college main fest year fees was 60,000. And after that in 2nd ,3rd and 4th year my annual fees was 56000 only and that was the cheapest engineering fees in that region. But now I have heard that the fees has been increased to 85000 to 90000.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes. There were some scholarships for the students who belongs to backward caste. And also provide 0% interest rate study loan to the student belongs to poor family. And they recover the study loan after the student get placed or get good job.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes off course they are very helpful. They help us alot by guiding us what to do in summer training , what to do in projects, how can we clear the interview. And help us to get placed in good company.

Admission

I got admission in 2014. At that time JEE rank merit list was prepared and according to that list counseling was done and then I got admission in Electronics and Communication. But after 2015 no merit list is preparing and you can get admission directly.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is the best. All most all the professors is having doctorate degree in there respective subjcts. And they help students alot. Like suggest us which project we should made for the finals, which company is best to join and where should we get the training etc.

Good Campus, Good Learning and Overall Experience

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes more time than expected and can be a little confusing.
Hostel and mess facilities can be improved, especially in terms of food variety and quality
Sometimes the workload and attendance requirements feel a little stressful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

I like Amity University Gurgaon because it is a good campus supportive faculty and modern facility
The University provides when you opportunity for learning activities and over all development
Overall I have a positive experience and enjoy being a part of this college

Dislikes

The workload and class timings can be some time hectic

Placement Experience:

Placements are available for final year and June and students generally become eligible from the 7th semester companies from it software and management sectors visit the campus placements opportunity at Decent with package wearing according to company and student scale I plan to build a strong technical skills so internship and projects and aim for a good job in aml field after graduation

Placement opportunities are decent, with packages varying according to the company and student skills. I plan to build strong technical skills through internships and projects and aim for a good job in the AI/ML field after graduation.

My Experience in JC Bose University

Likes

I like the claim and composed environment, no one shouting or making noise
Each buliding have lift which help reach higher floor easily
Having strong alumni association which help student get placement

Dislikes

I don't like the paper work delay during the admission after paperwork
Campus less crowded places are not maintained very well
Older buliding classes don't have ac in the classroom

In Electrical course we have many kind have course which design for solving various kind of problem in field , BSC ( Basic science course ) , ESC ( Engineering Science Course ) , DSC ( Disciplinary specialized Course ) , VAC ( Value Added Course ). Professors teaches with real life example and use 3D shape and animation to explain things easily.

The college is spread across 300 acres of lush green campus with a lot of greenery everywhere. The weather is also very pleasant
The infrastructure of the college is well maintained with proper department and parks . The labs are well equipped with the necessary equipment required for the practical knowledge of the student.
Sports facilities are also top notch in the college and also gym is provided in the sports ground.

Dislikes

In rainy season water stands in the hostels making it difficult to move in and out of the hostel.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of the college is decent one with average package of about 12-14 LPA amd about 85% students are placed every year. Students can apply for placements after 2nd year and companies like JP Morgan , microsoft, Hero , ICICI Bank , etc. Visit the college

Genuine and Biased review

Likes

Wifi facility is available in hostels and in some classrooms
Teachers are quite good and they are very helpful

Dislikes

Placement are not good in dcrust one some some students get placed with maximum packed of 9 lakhs minimum 2.5 lakhs
Course curriculum is not updated they are not helpful in modern time.
Girls and boys ratio are not upto the mark.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not good in my college. Only few companies are recruiting through on campus like virtusa, tcs etc. average package is 3-4 lakhs and maximum package is 9 lakhs. From 4th year students are eligible for on campus placement. Only 30-40% of students get placed. I am thinking to give gate exam for better opportunity.

Teachers is very good and cooperative and also supportive

Placement Experience:

Placement at college is average mostly 80% of students are placed in this college student is eligible for placement from the 7th semester. Companies like Airtel, Infosys, Wipro, and swiggy, mostly company visit here highest package in 2023 is approx. 28 LPA and the average package is 5-6 LPA.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

Don't join the college as they doesn't care about your career Faculty is bad and also doesn't have minimum experience and qualifications Teachers will change every semester or even teachers can leave the job in mid semester. If want a good career then don't go for it

Facts of Jmit

I chose J my team because of industry connection and placement support. Their placement reviews are very well from other universities and colleges. The MIT placement record was a deciding factor with companies like TCS, Wipro and Infosys regularly. Resisting for campus placement provided more opportunity compare to other colleges. Placement support was either limited or mainly focus on local industry. Other colleges either had lower placement statistics or didn't have a wide range of companies visiting for placement Which narrow my opinion in term of future job prospects. I choose gym because it is near from my home and I . I did not get any rejection from any other colleges just because I'll it was local to me so I prefer MIT over other colleges. and it was best College in my area The admission process of MIT is very clear and easy.
