Course Curriculum Overview

4

It's a very nice course ,It prepares us for many hardships .We proudly claim that we are doctors and we help people eat and chew their favorite meals and provide smiles to them. The curriculum is set very accurately.Exam level is good .

Internships Opportunities

4

As currently I m in the first year itself so I don't know about any internships .One year internship is done in college itself but in final year and it is a paid internship around 30 thousand rupees we get.

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee is same for all irrespective of the categories. It is different for different courses. We have to purchase our dental materials. There is sensodyne scholarship program for BDS students and we are waiting to fill it.

Campus Life

4

It conducted sports meet among different faculties.Though we couldn't win but we enjoyed a lot.It hosts many festivals and programs. We had cpr and anti ragging programs. And Gender sensitisation.we also conducted anti corruption week or vigilance week.

Admission

This is my dream college , situated in the heart of the country. It is best in itself.I chose it over Kgmu because of the anti ragging environment and friendly nature and internship payment. It has good patient flow.

Faculty

3

Faculty -student ratio is really good .one teacher for 13 students. I like my dean ma'am the most ,Dr Keya Sircar ,she is really a very good teacher and very supportive and understanding. We can approach her any time and for any issue.I didn't like my biochemistry ma'am,Dr Rana ma'am ,she doesn't teach well and does unnecessary issues and scolds us too much even for any misunderstandings.

Night Life

4

The night is calm and comfy .We study in the library and play some games. We eat in mess foods like biryani, rajma chawal, chole paneer. We celebrate festivals and dance and sing .They take care of our safety.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Dentistry combines both academics and artistic skills. So if you have an eye for esthetic dentistry can be the choice for you as it was for me. Faculty: student ratio is 1:10 All the faculty are highly experienced and have great clinical knowledge and expertise. They are MDS degree holders. Usually, lectures are conducted as PowerPoint presentations and at times blackboard teaching. Practical knowledge is gained by practicing on dummy models. Exams are conducted regularly. They are divided into four parts. The first 3 exams are conducted at an interval of 3-4 months. It includes both theoretical and practical. The last and final professional exam is conducted at the end of the session each year in the month of June or July. The checking in all the exams is strict. The minimum passing percentage is 50% in both theory and practical separately It is important to qualify in the first three exams so as to appear in the final professional exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

Mads is the best dental college in India. No one can beat this college. The college has intake of total 40 students. The faculty of this college is very good. They are professionally trained and their method of teaching is very good. Exams are two times in a year. Exams are not very much hard for a regular student but if you are thinking of passing exams by studying last day then exams are really hard for you

Admission:

My admission process was very easy. I got admission through merit basis via Delhi University on sports quota. Although there are only 40 seats available every year, high priority is given to those who deserve. That is what I like about this college. Other seats are available through entrance exams, SC/ST/OBC.

Remarks:

The college is good for those determined to study.there is strictness but without that it will be extremely difficult to grasp the subjects.the faculty helps throughout the way.there is a negative remark as the college is located in a metropolitan city there is a lack of space which translates to the absence of auditorium in the college.
