No negative remarks about Sahyadri college.One of the best college only I can say one of the best college of Mangalore.sahyadri college which helps the students to grab different opportunities.One of the best college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was good exam There was 1st internal exams and 2nd exam after that semester exam.Semester exam out of 100.Internal exam out of 50 marks.Exam structure based on VTU regulations.Exam structure was good.

Placement Experience

Sahyadri college offer best placements and job opportunities to their students.Many students have started their startup Business.Many companies will visit Sahyadri for placement of Student.overall experience was good.There was internship for 10weeks in which we have to visit the companies and understand their responsibility and functions.

College Events

Freshers day,Teachers day, farewell day,seminars,workshops,festivals celebrations.Sahyadri College was celebrates most of the events in College.one of the best event is WIZ Quiz.Budget Discussion also one of the event in Sahyadri College.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure was feasible in Sahyadri College.There are two types of Admission ,Management Quota & Govt Quota admission.Fees Structure was feasible compare to other Institution in Mangalore.Fees is feasible for all the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

In Sahyadri college of Engineering and Management Scholarship facility was there for students.college was supporting the students to apply for the scholarship which was offered by the government Karnataka.I don’t know about Loan facility in college.

Sahyadri college of Engineering and Management of the best college of Mangalore.which offers extracurricular activities to the students.extracurricular activity which includes Industrial visits, Study tour etc.Labs and also sports activities were also there.

Alumni/Alumna

Sahyadri college of Engineering and Management Mangalore one of the college in Mangalore.Alumni network was good.Alumni of Sahyadri were visiting the campus to share their working experience.Senior Students were helpful.

Admission

Through Wiz quiz I got know about the college.First we got the application form for admission along with brochure.After admission I applied for KMAT exam ,then finally I joined to MBA.It was best college.

Faculty

MBA faculty of Sahyadri College they were very good.Then were teaching faculty were very good.Faculty of Sahyadri college were from Industrial experience and teaching experience as well.Teaching was very understandable.

They have highly qualified and experienced teachers.
For a sports enthusiast like me, having a ground is great in college is great.
There are various types of events conducted very often which provides us exposure academically, culturally, socially and it also helps our social networking and connections.

Dislikes

I think infrastructure can be improved and maintained well, than it is now.
Placement services should be improved too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose BCom because I was a commerce student in my PUC, and I wanted to master in the same field. This course has shaped my knowledge on accounts and finance which has been some sort of a passion for me. Accounts, tally, finance, are the studies that are to be applied by anyone who's working with numbers, finances or in banks, account sectors etc which I'm doing currently, and it has really helped me a lot. The only improvement in this course that I seek is practical applications and workshops that would definitely help students enhance their skills.

Likes

very first thing i like in the college is the wifi network,
the library which is very peace and silent
average places to take photos and nearby there is nandi hills to visit

Dislikes

i dislike the distance of the college, its too large, should walk soo much
the cost of stationaries in the general store
i dont think so faculy are that much expertise , only countable people worth it

see i have choosed this course because it is very relatable to CSE, coz my ranking was not sufficient to get this course. the course which i took "Information Science and Engineering" is really a good course. they make us real world engineers. the area they shld actually improve is, hiring worthable faculty.

Likes

Campus is amazing lot of open spaces and maintains all the greenary
The faculty is good as they all are practicing architects
The sports facility is also really good as there r lot of tournaments

Dislikes

Work load given is a lot and the pressure of submissions are unbareable
They expect a lot frm 1st sem students and forget the fact tht we jus started
Lot of teacher student rivalry and affecting the overall passing of the students

Course curriculum is amazing but again the aheets given and the expected submissions for a 1st yesr is too much and the pressure is high .the teaching methods r basically every 10 students r allotted to s mentor who then guides them thru the design process

The teaching faculty is the best here all the doctors who come to teach us are well trained and knowledgeable
The lab facilities are also very good here, we are having good access to the lab also
We are also getting easy access to the Hospital whenever we want to which is giving us good clinical knowledge

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ayurveda is holistic science in total to study about. Ayurveda helps us a lot when it comes to the application and clinical practice point of view. Ayurveda aims at mainly "Swasthasya swasthir rakshanam, athurasya vikar prashamanam" our entire curriculum is based on the aim of ayurveda which states protecting the health of a healthy person and also reversing the pathology of the diseased individual. Ayurveda mainly aims at the Doshas(vatta, pitta and Kapha) to treat the pathology and also to maintain the health of the healthy person. Ayurveda language is sanskrit so 1st year Sanskrit should be learnt properly. The term vise examination and periodic assessment are helping us to revise and learn the concept better.

Remarks:

I did a two year Master of Divinity course from the South Asia Institute of Advanced Christian Studies. The college is a top spot for studying God and for the mental and spiritual growth of a being. The college is pretty much affordable and the quality of teaching is also good. On top of that, the faculty was vell qualified.

When I was applying for colleges, I explored a mix of government and private engineering colleges offering BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). I received confirmed admission offers from a few private colleges, but I ultimately chose this college because it felt like the best overall fit for my academic goals, affordability, and learning environment.
