An in-depth review of Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology

The course circculum is well structured so that that the students can face real worls problems. They will create ciurse circculum by discussing with top tech companies. But they won't update the course circculum every year. They have to update the course circculum so that the students won't lag the competition. There will be two exams in a semester, One is Mid-Semester and another one is End-Semester and the papers difficulty from medium to hard

At visvesvaraya national institute of technology, top comapnies like TCS, IBM, Google, HPCL, TATA, Mahindra etc. will acquire students whose C.G.P.A is greater than 8.5 will get intership with an average stipend of 40k with roles like COding projects, design, simulation, plant , maintanance etc.

From 7th semester onwards the students are elgilble for placements. Top Companies like Wipro, Mahindra, TCS, TATA, HPCL and roles like Product Manager . The highest package is 64 lakhs and the average package is 12.45 lakhs. There will be almost 100 percent of placement in this college. I want to do Master's after this course in foreign or in top 3 iit's

The tution fee for b-tech students per semester is 72225 rupees. The tution fee will taken per semester, but the caution fee,registration fee etc. will be taken at the start of the admission which is of 8,825 rupees. For SC and ST castes, no need to pay the tution fee. There will be no scholarships for merit students, but for students whose family income is less than 1 lakh will get refund of full tution fees and for students whose family income is between 1 lakh and 5 lakhs will get refund of 75% of tution fees. For students whose family income is more than 5 lakhs, there is no refund

There will be less fests compared to other nit's. There will be cult night in october, aarohi in december, departmental and institute gathering in january and february respectively. Tech fests like Axis which is the biggest tech fest in central india. There will be almost 80k books in library and we can found all types of journals in library. There will be smart boards in classrooms with good infrastructure. We will have best choices if one wants to go to soprts. There will be almost 50 culbs like Iv labs, Team Velocity, Tesla, Shadow Club.

The hostels for 1st years will be fine. We will have ethernet with high and continuous internet. The mess menu is fine to bad and the mess quality is fine. There will be no registration fee for hostel accomadation.

I selected this college because of best placement percentage which is constantly maintaining over the years compared to other nit's.We have to write JEE and should meet the cut-off rank. I written JEE and got Mechanical engineering in this college and My Rank is 31719.

There will be only one faculty member to teach the subject, but one mentor who can solve your doubts in all aspects will be provided for 15 students. I liked G NIMBARATE sir who teaches human values . I didn't liked DEEPESH PATIL sir , because he gives the question and he won't give the answer.There will be two exams in a semester 1. Mid-sem 2.End-sem in a semester. The exam papers will be medium to tough. Maximum everyone clears the exams

The best thing in this college is Gym, the equipments in this college costs of 1 crore. The timings is 6 am to 8 am for 1st and 2nd years. Library will be open till 10 pm. One main canteen near class room complex and night canteen in boys hostel and in time for 1st years is 7:30 pm. There will lot of places to visit in nagpur like Ramtek Temple, International zoo etc.
