Likes
- i liked the campus to be honest , it is peacefull for the students to study or spend some time , staff of engineering teachers are well trained , some teachers are unable to teach properly like it is difficult to understand their accent.
- compare to before 2 years the campus was not so good , but now i am in 2nd year the infrastructre is well maintained , and we have good lab facilities , good classrooms , social interactions are good compare to other colleges .
- leader ship quality can be gained , mentership for the students are taken little bit seriously , and we have eco friendly teachers , but some are not so good.
Dislikes
- hostel food, is the main thing that we disliked, and i think we need to change the food , and the fee for hostel is very high , students cannot afford it to pay , some infrastructure in other buildings are not so good .
- i am studying in 2nd year cse department , i dont know about the placements i guess till i come to 4th year , icant predict i cant get the campus selection or not , because it all depends on the students
- some fans and lights and other electricity things projector is also not working in some classrooms which should be get ready , soon i think this much should be improved.
Course Curriculum Overview
my course is computer science and application , i was not intrested in it , but later slowly i felt like cs is the only subject i can clear it easily , you know what ,its true i loved the subject so i selected the course cse.it was my fathers dream that i shopuld become an engineer . bangalore is the IT city so all the areas whereever we have engineering colleges are the best . The main thing for the student is college can be anywhere , we have to study and we have to build the skill, i am not saying our college is good , each and every college has best facilities , everything depends on us ho we survive , and build our career if we study nice we are pass in our life , or eklse we are fail, so just study hard.exams are not so difficult according to vtu , they are student friendly. timings are all ok.
Fees and Financial Aid
management quota -140000 ,transport fee - 20000 , exam fee - 1680 every semester batchmates fee for management seat depends on the student percentage of 12th , it may go around 250000 mostly and other all fee is same for the students , fee can be paid by installments or one shot payment.
Campus Life
names of fests are , NAKSHATRA , DANDIYA NIGHT, FAREWELL FOR THE SENIORS AND FRESHERS FOR THE NEW JOINING STUDENTS ARE DONE. WE HAVE MANY GOOD BOOKS IN LIBRARY WHERE WE CAN GO AND STUDY EASILY FACILITIES ARE GOOD FANS AND THE PROJECTOR IN THE CLASSROOM IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY , AND IT SHOULD BE DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ALL THE SPORTS ARE CONDUCTED IN OUR COLLEGE , WE HAVE GOT MANY AWARDS FROM OUR COLLEGE AND INTER COLLEGE COMPETITION ARE ALSO DONE .
Admission
at first i applied for sapthagiri nps university, but for some reason i couldnt get the seat, so later after some time , i applied in MS ENGINEERING COLLEGE and finally i got the seat in management quota and it was fair, and here we have the more greenary , the nature is good , for this i likesd MS ENGINEERING COLLEGE(MSEC). From other college, i rejected there because the fee was more and i cant afford the price in other college , in our college the fee is less and study can be done easily in this nature. exams to join engineering is kcet, cutoff in our college is 67000 rank.
Faculty
we have good facultys in all departments i think they can handle the students easily. monika mam , is the best explainer for the maths subject ,and etc other teachers are also good in teaching some teach the topic , which i dont understand their accent. i cant mention the bad teacher all are good , some are not good . almost all the students can pass the exams , only 1 or 2 students cannot clear the exams. the internal exams prepared by the college is very easy , ansd students can clear the exam without any tension.
Night Life
THERE IS NO GY M IN OUR COLLEGE, AND LIBRARY IS WELL MAINTAINED , WE GET ALL THE BOOKS WHICHEVER WE ARE NEEDED. HOSTEL TIMINGS THE STUDENT SHOULD NOT GO OUTSIDE AFTER 7PM IN THE EVENING , AND GIRLS ARE NOT ALLOWED AFTER 6 PM SECURITY FOR THE STUDENTS IS VERY GOOD, IT IS SAFE AT NIGHT TIME ALSO.
