Remarks

College looks good and but it lacks lots of things from inside. Labs sucks, most of equipments are either faulty or don't work at all. In chemistry lab we are even allowed to perform full experiment instead they give us all ready prepared chemicals and directly tell us to perform final test and sometimes they just show you.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

In first year we are given extra subjects which are completely useless and not related to our fields. Exam structure is divided in internal exams and external exams. Internal exams are conducted by college on its own. Unit 1,2,3 and 4 External exams are conducted by Mumbai university. Semester 1 and 2 ( each year there are 2 semesters )

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's between 70k - 100k for general students. For caste student it's between 8k-40k. It is neither feasible nor expensive it's like average. And yes you have to pay extra for semester examinations and additional resources which you get from college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Person with low income certificate gets refund 50% of total fees. Its takes sometime to refund that 50% amount. Refund is made directly into the account of the student. I don't know anything about loan facility or heard from any friend.

Campus Life

4

College is good in extracurricular activities and sports but labs sucks, lots of equipment are either faulty or not working. There are lots of extracurricular activities in college and are supported by college but sport lags a little behind though it is completely supported and promoted but college lacks grounds for all this

Alumni/Alumna

They are mostly bad. They are disturbing for us. All the events are organised by seniors including games and all where they charge us for participating but even after winning we don't get prize. For promoting events they enter class in middle of lecture and even teachers allow them to do so.

Admission

Maharashtra Common Entrace Test ( CET ) for engineering. First we have to do Online selection of college and seat reservation and then directly taking admission in college by filling admission form within given dates after cap rounds.

Faculty

3.5

It's average. It's mixed up with both good and bad. Some of them will help you and solve your doubts if you have any or other kind of assistance and some of them makes things worse for students, ignore you if you have any problem.

Placement Experience:

Placements at ADYPU are moderate and structred . Students usually become eligilble from the final year for campus drives. Various startups and mid level comapnies visit for roles in sales, marketing, operatioons and tech support . The highest pacakage generally ranges arounf 45-50LPA , while the average package is around 4.5-6 LPA , depending on the profile . A fair percentage of active students secure placements. After completing my degree, i plan to focus on skill development and pursue better career op;portunities.

Placement Experience:

placements in GHRCE are pretty good for CS/IT branches. Students become eligible from 7th semester, but companies starts giving training sessions from 6th sem itself. Many known companies visits like Tcs, Wipro, Capgemini, cognizant, Infosis etc The highest package goes around 20-22 LPA while the average package is around 5-6 LPA. Almost 70-80% students from CS/IT get placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get a stable job and then do masters.

Government College of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Artificial Intelligence & Data Science)
Reviewed on Mar 2, 2025(Enrolled 2022)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course out of sheer curiosity and intrest in the field of Artificial Intelligence . The course offered by the college encapsulates all the major subtopics included in the field. Theoretically the curriculum offers great knowledge about various topics from your course however you yourself have to figure out how do you build your practical skills which you can use in the real world. teaching methods can be improvised by implementing a more practical learning based approach rather than relying on the theoretical part of the subject. there are 2exams per semester, one small exam called as mid semester exams and the other one is the major exam called as final semester exam. difficulty of exam is usually easy to moderate and one can easily pass the exam even if he/she does not study regularly.

The placement is quite good, the statistical reason for being good is that it has average 8 LPA which many college can't afford besides this there is also good support and advisory from Placement Cell.
