Remarks

Everything is so much positivity about our college. From my point of view all the colleges are best. It's in our hands of students for being dedicated towards study and building a good future for themselves.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum was set by the University. The college was under the Anna University course of curriculum. Each syllabus according to each engineering department was followed throughout the entire colleges affiliated under Anna University.

Placement Experience

4

Placements are overall good compared to other colleges. They are mostly divided as tier 3, tier 2 and tier 1 companies. Most of the placement companies require all clear and a very good CGPA of more than 7 or 8. There is no internships being provided or required as per college norms. Students can out of their interest go for implant training to companies and gain knowledge depending on their course of study. There is no stipend for the implant training.

College Events

4

Once in a year culturals happens in our college. This is tradition followed all across the college. Students bring out their talents on this day other than education like dancing competition, music competition, and all other events, which also gives students of the same college to expose their talent in even organisation.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure of our college is nomianal and as per University law. There is no donation being collected from the time of inception, which makes my college the best and I do feel proud of it with their policy, which says "no capitations, no donations".

Fees and Financial Aid

The college doesn't provide anything about scholarship that I know of. Since the course fee itself is very less. Scholarship or loans are being accepted from other outside sources and the college admins don't deny it too.

Campus Life

5

There are different labs for each department for each subject. Most of the labs are well maintained and all computer labs are having air conditioning enabled. All the basic and high advanced machines for electrical engineering is available for the students and help us to learn everything hands on to the students.

Hostel Facilities

5

No I have not opted for hostel and I'm a day scholar. But the hostel is just inside the campus itself. I've got and heard about the hostel of our college from hosteliers. Hostel is well maintained and provided with basic facilities.

Alumni/Alumna

Everything about the alumni is fine and easily approachable. All the necessary details are available over the websites and is very easily accessible. Senior students are also very helpful and provide guidance towards the subject matters.

Admission

After the result of higher secondary school given by the state board, and since m n m Jain engineering college is affiliated under Anna University (a recognised university in South india of Chennai) approached the college and requested for the application form for applying. After being shortlisted, was given a call for the confirmation for admissions.

Faculty

4.5

College faculty were good and well trained. Most of the times were friendly and helpful in nature. Mostly striving towards excellence and followed the code of conduct provided by college. We could clarify our doubts with the faculty whenever we want and they also never hesitated to solve or clarifying it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
