Positives means college atmosphere is good and events will be on great number and can enjoy lot sports will be held and when it comes to cons fees is bit high and dont be too strict towards students and thats it about my college
Course Curriculum Overview
Sairam college of engineering comes under the VTU one the university in karnataka herw in VTU courses adaption will change according to the req of present engineering students where we have to learn all the basic subjects in 1st yr later u will go to your respected Branch pattern will be 6sujects 2 practicals in every sem except final sem
Placement Experience
These is the one of the major concern not only in this college entire engineering colleges we all know that the placement are so important in our life but placement rate is too low and if at all they placed but it wont be good company for bright future so education wise we can choose but when it comes to placement we cant guaranteed and no internship is provided
College Events
In my college sri sairam college of engineering events will have one step forward in making but they wont give enough time and space for that preparation like events will be there but they tell us like other students should be in class rather than allowing for encourage but still we peoples bunk the classes and attends every event
Fee Structure And Facilities
In my college they follow the VTU fees for KCET qualified students at my time of learning it was around 70k we can finsish a year but present according to my knowledge CET fees and college fees has been increased Its almost about 1lakh and for managment quota its almost more than 1lak 20thousand
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship means srilankan tamils will get free education yearly there are 10students who studies freely and other students who get good marks will get concession on school fees these will give some boost for merit students
Campus Life
Labs are very well maintained extra activities means here there are NSS but not NCC it would be good if they introduce these also and sports means there will be PTE and ground and indoor stadium but there is no proper coaching regarding sports only
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are there in my college only one year i have been there in the hostel food and hostel facilities are far better when compare to other colleges many restrictions are there while we go out of hostel but over all good
Alumni/Alumna
Every year alumni meet will be held but mostly very less peoples will attend maybe due to personal commitment may be but for me there is no much help from any of alumini like that maybe others might got that help i cant talk about college in this regard
Admission
Through KCET i got the seat during 2013-14 we can join the college by managament quota and through COMED K after that we just need to submit the valid documents then we can get admission and moreover colllege atmosphere and there receive will be the pleasure for new comers into this college
Faculty
In sairam college of engineering as per my opinion and my course i studies in CSE dept so i can tell that college faculties wise good and very much cooperative to the students especially Roji mam practical wise goood lab instructors are there in college some of faculty should improve there tech skills
