I don't have any bad remarks but yes, if I had an opportunity to be a part of it in any way, I would not stay behind. You never know the kind of learning, fun, exposure you gain, with that. I learn till now, and will continue to learn something or the other, till I can. My extrovert and open nature, my outspoken personality (though little) has come only during those 2 years. Before that I was very reserved, calm and bookworm.
Sorry, I don't remember much, after so many years. But still, I know, there were companies like infosys, ibm,TATA, etc and many many more and also the package was good for a fresher. Being a fresher, its profile and work experience that matters, not salary/package. Learning should be priority, not money. Once you have good experience, money follows.

The faculty of College are highly knowledgeable and friendly. One of our marketing officer is an international eminent speaker. We used to get guest guest lectures from international university professors. All the faculty used to have PHD. The faculty has real-time experience in their respective fields. Also all the faculty used to have minimum of 10 years experience.
We had a very good alumni network. Every year for the convocation my alumni team Used to visit the college as per the invitation sent by our juniors. They used to keep the communication time to time with the alumni. I didn't receive any help from the alumni as I didn't used to maintain much relationship with my seniors.
I can say that the faculty of my college is well qualified as they have an higher qualification and also an experience in the industry of which they are sharing the knowledge with the students. As there are some students who already have an work experience and an higher knowledge is required to address their queries.

In my current batch Its been only 1 month since the placements have been started and there are already 55 students placed out of the total strength of students with 57 offer letters in hand with an average package of 5.4L. which I think is an good score so far.
Our college gives utmost importance to practical knowledge and this is achieved by the many industrial visits in the course curriculum and also the guest lecture sessions conducted by the college to improve our knowledge base. This is seen in the dedicated practical exams which is conducted prior to the end term examination in our college.
Campus life is great, not only you will explore the academic environment but also you will be provided a platform in various other aspects like the practical aspects, since the college has a state of the art practical labs and will also encourage you to take part in co-curricular activities for your future development.

Gender ratio is better than other colleges . Many competitions are held here through which one can nourish his talent.
I haven't gave any entrance exam to be the student of this college . mitcon institute takes admissions based on your higher secondary examination result scorecard.Since i was stuck in choosing lower branches of business administration in private universities like mitcon , universal etc. So instead of taking a risk i chose Mitcon institute.
All the faculty in my college were well qualified. Either well experienced in their particular industry or a Ph.D holder. It is a residential college, so the faculty treats you like a family and always there to lend a helping hand in any case at any time. The teachers make it a point to give extra classes to the weak students and those classes are compulsory.
one can not expect to have any thing beyond what is is the curriculum provided by them. But other than that my college made sure to give a corporate treatment so the students are ready to deal with the real world outside. And as my college was on a hill station, we felt like there was no one else on the planet and had to get our things done ourselves.
Again, being a 1st year student, I am not very well acquainted with much details of such information. But a number of really good companies do come for Campus Recruitment in the institute. I'm afraid I do not know enough of the college history and past recruitment to say anything effective on this particular talk. Although I've know that a good number of people were accepted and taken in by the companies, I am sorry to say I am unsure of the details of the recruitments.
The faculty is very much approachable, friendly and kind. All faculties are well qualified and have degrees from various colleges from all over India and also from other countries. Though most of the faculties do not have Ph. D degrees in their respective fields, they are currently pursuing their Ph. D's in Deemed universities all over India.
Placements are excellent. Being a well-known college has its advantages, the biggest one being that companies trust the talent that these colleges nurture so expect some big names to come hunting for you if you perform well. Not just this, you will be provided with hands-on training so you will be okay even if you want to search for a job on your own.
Campus life is full of fun. It will bring out the best in you. You will get to mingle with all types of people. Keep an open mind and just plunge in. Be friendly and bold to make the most of your experience. There are various activities you can be a part of, such as inter-collegiate debates, quiz competitions, dance and singing competitions.

Gender ratio was pretty good although it depended on the course too. For example, Arts stream had barely 10 to 15 boys while the rest were girls out of a strength of 50. the ratios were more balanced. There was no blatant discrimination seen in any policies and the college overall seemed accepting of a diversities. However, since the college is in pune, it did have a quota for the pune students for admissions.
The course spans for 3 years. Each semester has different subjects. This curriculum is set by institute. The subjects are very relevant to the media field and polish our skills and knowledge for all aspects for mass media and journalism. It also includes subjects like financial management and statistics which many won't consider important to mass media but you learn it indeed is.

MITID has also has been on a good rating with its extra curricular activities such as football cricket etc. The sport also was supported with good teaching faculties.
Arts stream has always been a important subject in today's world of accounting. Today every small organisation to big organisation accounting is the strong term which is required to ensure a company, organisation private firm public Ltd etc. Companies are the one which cannot be established without arts.

Campus life was very good and the environment of the campus is very good. Greenery all around with all sort of trees and flowers which makes the campus amazingly beautiful. Gender ratio is almost the same or equal. All the concerns like political and personal relationships are there in conduct of the students accordingly. The friendly environment of this institution is really a supportive feature for almost all.
