Since our college comes under the Desh Bhagat university so our university conducts many fests like our technical fest, the management colleges management fest, the annual sports fest, freshers day along with many industrial visits and interactive lecture sessions with dignitaries of the Corporate world.

The campus is the best part of the college. It is a big and spacious place. You can come in here and enjoy during the breaks and chill. The college also provides facilities like the state of the art library, canteen, labs etc. All the facilities are available to us students to prosper here.

The placement record is really amazing here and the placement season is till going on. Our college provides 100% assistance in placements but its up to the students to crack the interviews and get placements. Our college offers MBA specialization in Operations, Finance, Marketing and Human Resource. The College's management along with its faculty members strive to re-create industrial situations so that the students get first hand feel of what the industry is about. The curriculum of MBA at DBU has been designed enhance the focus of students in various domains so that we are strong in various concepts, policies, techniques require to tackle various unprecedented situations.

I'm a student in the college. I got though the college via CAT with a percentile of 40. I received a mail about my selection and I was asked to come to the college for the next round of selection process that is GD/PI sessions. The GD session was easy you can crack it. The interview process is even easier.

Projects, Presentation, guest lectures, industrial visits are the need of the hour if you are an MBA graduate. This college like any other college focuses on live projects and implementation of your knowledge and skill on to the implementation part.

There is no Wi-Fi established in the campus yet. The labs are good and sufficient for the students to use, and the classrooms are comfortable and big enough for almost 70 students in a section. Many more classes are available for further students as well. The library has almost all kind of books required while gaining knowledge for the academics. Beech Baron 58 which is Light Aircraft (LA) is available in the Institute’s hangar. Students can practice maintenance activities related to Light Aircraft and Piston Engine on this Aircraft.

I am currently in 2nd year. As far as I have heard from my seniors that they already got placed in some or the other companies. Some of them are in Indigo, Air Asia, Spice jet, BSF, Go air, TCS, IBM, Bosch and some got even hired by the Microsoft as well. As the salary is concerned, the average salary they are getting is about 10 LPA.

Our college take us in various industrial visits, that is different destinations for students with different specializations. Workshops, training sessions and certification courses are also provided with in our college. Apart from this we also conduct various technological, management and cultural fest within our university.

Sports like volleyball, basketball, lawn tennis table tennis, billiards etc are being established, and a cricket ground is under construction. The labs and classrooms are good, and the canteen food is just great with a specific charge for the food. The labs are open for the whole day so the Wi-Fi is not needed.Lear Jet 24 is a twin turbine engine pressurized Business jet Aircraft. All the systems installed in this aircraft, including Engines and Avionics, are functional. It is used exclusively for training of our students.

Faculty of Star Aviation Academy are very good at their work. They know how to teach the students. They conduct the class tests in an unaided way. They are available to the students even after the college timings. They are very co-operative. Every faculty members is qualified and has a good command over his subject. The university follows different teaching methods like active learning and self-learning.

The course structure in computer science and engineering follows the pattern of U.P. Technical University. The courses have been designed by top professionals from academics and industries and provide a strong foundation and in depth knowledge to students. The department has included additional tutorial classes to enforce practical and analytical approach. Students register for this program due to the excellent job prospects in this field and due to the well rounded educational program offered by the department. The training program is imparted through innovative and participative learning and teaching techniques such as conduct of mini projects, use of multimedia projector, question bank, tutorials, assignments and regular class tests. The department has a faculty strength of sixteen whose interests span almost all areas of computer science and engineering. All the faculty have extensive teaching experience at undergraduate(B.Tech) and postgraduate level.

I applied though my score in common entrance test conducted by the Punjab Technical University with a good score, I took admission into B.tech stream in Computer science engineering in 2015. Almost 85% of the seats are reserved for state students and remaining 15% go apply through JEE score. And i have been surprised by the college in a good way. I did not except this college to be this good and the faculties are one of the reasons why I say this.

Course curriculum is average. But there are a few faculty members that stand out from the rest. Some faculty only abide by the course guideline while a selected few take pain in the details of engineering and don't aim for the mere completion of the course.

Placements and job opportunities are pretty good. Some departments like Civil ,IT and Computer Science got very high placement. Even for E&TC, there were more that 15 companies that visited out campus, and at-least 5 went for bulk recruitment.

Academic wise our college conducts many Industrial visits and guest lecture sessions. This is where we learn about many aspects of career like what could be our job and how we will do stuffs. Apart from this our annual Technological fest is conducted in our campus and we invite all the technical institutes to our college participation in this fest. We also participate in the competitions conducted by other colleges. It is a great learning curve as a whole. Our college believes in Holistic learning.

The college makes your work cut out in terms of project. Lot of projects will be piled in and you will have to test your knowledge in your particular domain. The facilities try to motivate you in every way account. But in the end it's up to you to make your time count at the College. Various case study are incorporated in the curriculum to give us more ideas on how to encounter various different situations.

I had applied for this college through my CAT score and I got a short listing call from the college asking me to come for GD PI sessions. So I went for the GD PI sessions which were scheduled in campus. The GD PI sessions are one of the criteria for selection and here they check your communication skills and your personality.

Since I'm a student of International Business so I always strive for what's going on around the world in business. So I try to take everything seriously like Project, Lectures and the examples shared by the facilities. This is really important for Students to understand. Plus there are many occasions where the college takes us on trip and we also have students across the whole geography of India. So, its an amazing part of our college life.

The faculties are well qualified to help you in every department, let it be Finance, marketing, HR or IB. Putting that aside the faculties try to focus on Projects to improve your understanding of the course in general. This is really helpful as a practitioner of theory.

We have many events conducted throughout the year like annual sports Day, Freshers day for the new students, last year we had management Fest, we celebrated Saraswati Puja, Industrial visits and many cultural events are celebrated here.
