Yes there were couple of good loan facilities were offered by the college at nominal rate of interest. They have a tie up with oriental bank of cmmerce and a financial institutions named ss credila financial services.

It is well organized and student friendly there are sufficient choice in elective paper they are also eell designed. Text books and other reading material are also nice and full of knowledge.

Out of 180, 170 were placed. Imrb about 7 lakhsI, cici Lombard about 5 lakhs, Magma Fincorp about 4 lakhs, TCS about 5 lakhs, Airtel about 5 lakhs, Berger about 5 lakhs, Asian Paint about 5 lakhs, HDFC BANK about 4.5 lakhs.

Big companies like Bajaj allianz, pepsi, Hindustan lever etc. came for internship. Internship was different in different company. My company Bajaj alliance General insurance offered us Rs. 7500 As stipend.

This course was very much in the market and I took this course to pursue my career in IT Application. It was by luck and hard work for which I took this course and gave me great opportunity to work with some of the best and big software organization in the world, taking assignment in various countries of the world, meeting different people and culture.

Initially when the placement was not available we took the opportunity to work on a team to create the company placement voucher, created the list of IT Company. Who comes for the placement, made 3 team and went to different cities to show case our college for the IT placement.

Well managed alumini cell which keeps a track of all aliminis and conducts alumini meets and interactions on a regular basis. Aluminis are always enthusiastic on providing guidance to the students. Alumini and placement cell also arranges training programs for students.

Very less companies have come to our college and that too on pooled campus basis.The only good company that came to our college is TCS which has hired 14 students from our college at about 3.15 LPA package. Apart from this few startups have also come like way2online have come giving packages in the range 15-20 thousands a month. Very few people have been placed in that about 10-15. Apart from this wipro BPO and some other BPO have come.

We are forced to do internship from our college only in order to get good internal marks. The college has hired a person from local institute to provide us internship on VHDL design. We are not provided with any kind of stipend, rather we have to pay the money to the college for that certificate course in VHDL design. That fee includes college commission as well.

There is an annual event organised called Gusto which involves many cultural and sports events. It also had modernized events like a Fashion Show, Hip hop dance competition. And these were inter college competitions. Also had events like Marketing Excellence Awards, etc. They had guests like, Mr. Shatrughan Sinha, late Mr. APJ Kalam, Ranvijay, Bani etc in college campus for various events.

Placement process for the college it simple and affective. They follow a simple rule of score well, be regular, meet company criteria, crack the interview and the job is yours. Faculty involved in Placement cell were very good and made all thier efforts to bring in top ranked companies.

Faculty of my college was very - very good and cooperative. Each faculty having very good command on their respected field. One thing i want to say the h.o.d mrs. Subhini mam always help to everyone as a guardian. All faculty members are postgraduate in which some have to complete their ph.d., and some were persuade that.

In b.pharm that is an eight semester course ( two semester in a year), that contains all basic knowledge of math, computer, zoology and all subject related to b.pharm ( as per guideline as in pci and ugc like pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, biotechnology, pharmacognosy, etc.

Exam structure was divided in 8 semesters with 2 sessionals in each semester for the proper preperation of the Student and each semester is preceded with the 30 days Preperation leaves which gives students enough time to study.

Fee structure is expensive for a middle class family. I paid sixty thousand rupees per semester only for tution fees also I had to pay mess fees, hostel fees. On top of which I had to pay for stationary products which I used through out the subjects. It took approximately 8lakh rupees including one scholarship to complete the entire course.

I have not taken any loan any loan or have neither received any scholarship. BC students have MCM scholarship. SC ST students lots of scholarships but in order to maintain the scholarship . You can easily avail loan as many banks are enthusiastic about funding IITians.

Faculty was strict. Students are evaluated on a continuous basis throughout the semester. Evaluation is done by the faculty, a consequence of the autonomous status granted to the Institute. Projects were individual where u had to work under one professor.

MAT - 82 percentile - good education procedures, practical exposure during course curriculum, all the teachers were very helpful and placement facility was really good. Even course fees was less as compare to other same grade college.

Senior students were also very helpful even they helped at the time of placement. They helped us to get placed in various organization. I have contact still with some of my senior students.

A package of 3.2 lacs was offered the minimumall of the children were given the chance to appear for the interviews as the per the eligibility criteria of the company.

I took the iit and AIEEE examinations .But the college takes admissions generally on the basis of your aieee or jee mains rank. My rank in AIEEE was around 1.5 lac.Well then i got suggestions from my friends and my relatives that it was really a good college with good environment so i grabbed the oppurtinity.

No. Alumni is conducted in every year in December 3rd Sunday. Seniors are helpful in various aspects regarding studies, cultural activities, new ideas in subjects and sports. the alumni will conduct very nicely.

There are 8 subject and 8 faculty.Every faculty is very good and well knowledge. My college faculty is more responsible and do not miss any lecture. He/she maintain routine .he is very careful about students.

The Exams are divided into Semesters. We have total 6 Semesters each after 6 Months Duration. After one semester exam, we got promoted to the next semester. & Syllabus also changed with every new semesters. This make total 3 years of the Course. Each Semester, we get 6 Subjects which has Practicals too. So scoring marks obviously not that tough. If your performance in class is good then you'll surely get good marks in Practicals.

I got some real good Faculties when I just in 1st Year. Faculties directly came from Kolkata. So they are real talented to make students understand. But the issue I found that Faculties frequently changing. None stays for atleast 1 yr. This is affect in the study as all have different way to student understand about some particular lesson.

Gender ratios was equal male and female. They also organised hostel parties,workshop,cultural programmes etc. I think no tolerance. Some had attitude becuause they were from political home.

Sastra has a tie up with Microsoft and TCS. Apart from this they have a good relationship with PayPal, Amazon etc. Internships at these companies are a part of their placement offers. Stipend ranges from 9k-50k per month depending on the offer. I do not have a good idea about the stipend for the research students.

Gender ratio depends on the department. CSE has a 50-50 ratio, bio groups have 3 boys to 7 girls ratio, Mech has 1 girl to 40 boys ratio. So it is not a consistent figure. Workshops keep happening all the time in some department or the other, College gives extreme steps to restore students safety.
