There is an annual fest that takes place in the college known as Ullas where celebraties and artists come to the college to perform. It takes place somewhere between March-April. There are 2 floors that are completely dedicated to Library. It has huge collection of books and journals. There is availability of wifi in the campus and projectors. The college has recently added a new building with ac and lift facility, also they have improved and added lots of sports equipments and renovated the basketball court and added a new tennis court in the campus. There are a lot of societies in the colleges such as hindi debating society, quiz society, gandhi study circle, NCC, NSS, fashion society, english debating society, etc.
The faculty to student ratio was 10:57 in my classroom. The Faculty specially of history was very supportive and dedicated. They were very knowledge and used to help us with issues in our academic life. The political science Faculty was also nice with teachers who used to put some real efforts in teaching us new concepts. The psychology department was somewhat not that good as of what i heard from the students who had taken psychology as the G.E or secondary subject. There are 2 semesters in a year and in the first 2 years you have to take 7 papers and in the 3rd year you have to take 6 papers. The syllabus is understandable but yeah there are some structural issues sometimes and also the exams are not that tough.
The total tution fee for the PGDM (2026-2028) program at SBS Ahmedabad is ₹785000. It includes and admission fee for ₹65000 followed by 4 semester installment of ₹180000 each. During the admission process I also paid or registration fee for ₹1000. Hostel charges are separate from the tuition fee. Student opting for hostel accommodation need to pay around ₹72500- ₹75000 per semester for double sharing. ₹57250-₹60000 forth triple sharing along with the refundable caution deposit of ₹5000 . Electricity charges are built separately based on actual usage from my experience the fee structure is transparent all the payment details are shared clearly by the college before admission I have noticed and increase in the few during my admission process I did not personally receive any scholarship but the admission team inform the students about any available merit based scholarship for financial assistant schemes during the admission process over all I feel the feels reasonable considering the curriculum industry exposure guest lecture practical learning opportunities and overall the provided by the institute
P the course curriculum is relevant compensave and aligned with current industry requirements. It includes a good balance of theoretical concept practical learning and case studies and presentation projects and internship which help student develop real world skills. The curriculum influenced my decision to choose this course because it to this on industry exposure and overall personality development. Regular assessment assignment quizzes and semester exam ensure continuous learning. The exams are moderately difficult and manageable with consistent preparation. However adding more live industry project certification programs guest lectures and hands on workshop wood further enhance the learning experience and improve students job redness.
The college provides internship opportunities through its Training and Placement Cell, which shares information about internships offered by companies and organizations. Students are also encouraged to apply for internships independently through online job portals and professional networks. Internship opportunities vary by branch, and many students complete internships during their summer breaks to gain practical industry experience.
The placement opportunities at my college are average. A few reputed companies visit the campus each year, but the number of offers and salary packages varies depending on the branch and market conditions. Students who have strong academic performance, technical skills, internships, and good communication skills generally have better chances of getting placed.
This masters course is for 2 years and now I'm in 1st year 2nd semester I paid 36000 in first year. The registration fee was 500 admission fee was 3000 and all the external fees like lab fee is included in the tution fee. As I got the seat in this college my fee is 36000 but the students who joined through management quota has different fee some students are paying 1 lakh 50 thousand and some are paying 2 lakh depends on their rank in entrance exam. Actually I'm not a scholarship student so I don't know about it.
We have 4 subjects and only 2 lectures for our course. They are very friendly but not experienced. I like my chemistry teacher she is totally a genz you know she jokes around and knows her job well. I don't like my food science ma'am she herself doesn't know what she is teaching and always late to the class. Per semester we have 2 internals, 4 practice practical lab and 4 final practical lab and then semester exam. In 1st semester out of 38 only 4 students failed.
SBS provides SIP opportunities as an important part of the PGDM curriculum. Students generally undertake internships after completing the first year, where they gain practical exposure to real business environments. Internship roles are offered in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Business Analytics, Operations and Supply Chain Management. Stipends vary depending on the company and role, with many organizations offering performance-based or fixed monthly stipends.
The course is relevant to current industry requirements and covers core management subjects along with practical learning. The curriculum helps students build analytical, communication and leadership skills required in the coorporate world.Overall, the curriculum is comprehensive and prepared students for real-world business challenges and future career opportunities.
So i paid 35000 rs in my first yr at the time of my admission , afterwards in 2nd yr it becomes 36000rs and in 36845rs . This is the final amount paid yearly for the BMS course , Now as our college dont provide so much scholarship , scholarship is directly granted from nsp portal or Du offered scholarships opportunity .
My Overall course i.e Bachelor of Management Studies is a proffesional course which gives the knowledge of the stems of a business ecosystem , we study the courses like Finance, Human Resource , Marketing and many other essentials that are useful for our career building .
For my batch, the yearly fee was around 1.30 to 1.35 lakh for Open category students, including tution fees, development fees, examination fees, university charges, and other compulsory charges. The tutuion and development fees formed the major portion of the total amount, while examination fees, eligibility fees, caution deposit(refundable) , and university charges were comparatively small. The fees increased slightly every academic year as per the Fee Regulating Authority(FRA) guidelines. For SC\ST student have 100 percent waiver on tutuion fees i.e. 10000rs , while OBC student has 50 percent waiver on tution fees i.e. 80000rs.
Faculty members are supportive , approchable , and knowledgeable. The curriculum is idustry-relevant with two in-semester exams and one-end semester exam.labs are bad. Evaluation is fair , but faculty dont have practical knowledge
As of now the 2nd year student's placement is going on soon after their summer internship program end and they enter the campus. A company name K&K have recruited 11 students from Finance feild with the package of 10.5 LPA every student from 50 students applied for the interview. And also companies like Amul, Parle, Coca cola, Asian Paints are some of the visited comapnies. There is 100% placement of our super senior and faculty is giving special focus on the students for intrerviews. The only thing I didnt liked is that if a student is given an offer from any company then he/she have to accept the offer and is not further allowed to sit in the next interview.
The fees are in installment and are paid per semester Rs.425000 in the first year and 360000 in the second year for tution fees. And if the hostel is included then a 2 sharing person are supposed to pay 147500 per year while 3 sharing person will pay 117250. There is no other charges charged only the confirmation payment of Rs.65000 that too is included in the fees structure. There no other charges taken by the university till now or we know of. I personally applied for the IDFC Bank scholarship that offers to pay Rs. 200000 that will be deducted from the fees if you are shotlisted. And it is pure luck wise criteria no merit is required for this scholarship.

Companies like nex jobb and other not so known companies come here. Jobs offered are call centre types of like cold calling , field marketing,Hr ( strictly for girls) . If you have done anything worthwhile in college you would be placed with certainty. Even if not done then still with low pay you will be placed given that you are good at communication.
Faculty to student ratio is very commendable you would never have to compromise for that in the college. I personally liked Romsa shukla, Deepika Kumari,Neha mam and Radha bhola mam. There are no such teacher who would be problem . In my time we had only semester exams and some unit tests which are easy to deal with.
As a new student, my experience with the faculty has been really good so far. The teachers are friendly, supportive, and easy to approach whenever we have any doubts. The course includes classroom learning, assignments, presentations, and practical activities. Since I am still new, I haven't experienced all the exams yet, so I can't comment on their difficulty or failure rate. Overall, the curriculum seems relevant and helps us learn both theoretical concepts and practical skills.
My campus experience has been positive so far. The campus has a friendly environment, comfortable classrooms, and basic facilities that support learning. The library provides access to useful books and study materials. Students can also take part in sports and extracurricular activities. There are different student activities and groups that help us interact, make friends, and enjoy college life. Overall, the campus provides a good balance of academics and social activities.

Campus life is enjoyable, and there are many opportunities to interact with students through technical events, cultural programs, and club activities. The library has a good collection of academic books, classrooms are equipped with modern facilities, and sports activities help students stay active throughout the year.
The curriculum is updated regularly with topics that match current technology trends. We get enough time to complete assignments and improve our understanding. Internal assessments and presentations also help in overall learning. I feel more elective subjects can be added to give students wider career options.
4 out of 5. interactive activities. good class room environment. encouraged to ask questions and counter questions. having the freedom to express yourself in best possible way. these are some of the good points about the univesity.
The tution fee is 10 lakh non sponsered. Academic fees not fixed around three years. Annual fee escalation around 5 percent every year. Some students opt for the management quota. Academic based merit is offered by the institue.
There is faculty for each and every domain, and the faculties are very supportive and helpful and always helped us with our problems. Our head of the department Usha Rani Gogoi ma'am has been very helpul and supportive through out course which helped us a lot in gaining technical knowledge. There are minor tests and semester exams held every semester and also there has been lab exams with viva included.
The campus life was great as there are various cultural fests held in our college. There are many clubs on different domains and student can join more than one club of their interest. These clubs used to held competitions, like there was hackathons, robotics competition, quiz , debates, etc. There was sports events too inter college and intra college.
