University of Cambridge Admission Process

Undergraduate Admissions:

  • Apply through both COPA (Cambridge Online Preliminary Application) and UCAS (Universities and Colleges Admissions Service) online application forms.
  • After which SAQ (Supplementary Application Questionnaire) must be submitted, with fee, transcripts, reference letters and SAT/ACT scores.
  • All three applications require basic information of the applicant, divided into 8/9 sections.
  • If applications are selected, applicants may be called for interview.
  • Application deadline: 15 October, 6.00 p.m. UTC.

Postgraduate Admissions:

  • Apply through UCAS Postgraduate Application, worth £ 60.
  • Requirements: academic references, transcripts, funding letter, CV/Resume, written work for assessment.
  • Research proposal, without plagiarism.
  • GRE and English Competency evidence.
  • Gates Cambridge References, from a personal referee.

Financial Aid

International students are offered various scholarships by the University of Cambridge. Some of these funds, grants and scholarships are:

  • St John's College Hong Kong Scholarship- £5,000 to £50,000 is awarded.
