  • Being a collegiate university, each student belongs to one college and each college has its residential building. There are currently 16 colleges, with one more college being built to welcome students in 2020

Supporting documents:

  • Undergraduate: Standard XII with an average score of 90% (best of 4 academic subjects) with any prerequisite subjects at 87% or its equivalent, personal statement, original official transcript and translation of the transcript into English, English language proficiency tests, passport number or scanned copy of passport picture page and specific country or course requirements. Documents or other things that may also be required are; Under 18 form, fee status assessment document, mitigating circumstances information, interviews, additional references, and CV.
  • Graduate: Upper second class honors degree (2:1) from a UK university or an equivalent degree, two academic references, personal statement (if required), English proficiency tests, work experience (if applicable), GMAT or portfolio (if applicable), passport number or scanned copy of passport picture page and specific country or course requirements, official transcript and translation of the transcript into English, CV (if required), interviews (if applicable), fee assessment form ( if required), and mitigating circumstances information (if required).

English language test requirements

There are up to 33 English language tests accepted at the university. However, the most preferred tests are listed below and their minimum requirements. More so, the minimum requirements listed below are given on a generic level, individual programs do have specific language test requirements

Visa information

  • CAS is needed by any applicant who requires a Tier 4 Student Visa to study in the UK to process the visa application. Applicants can only a CAS once.
  • An applicant can receive the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) number five months before the start of the program by email. It takes two to three working days to receive the CAS.
  • The CAS is issued automatically once an applicant has met all the conditions of the offer through the Student Immigration Office (SIO)
  • Some medical tests may be required of Visa applicants like UKVI tuberculosis tests
  • Applicants are to follow the UKVI visa application guidelines for UKVI apply for a Tier 4 student visa
  • Subsequently, applicants will be required to pay the visa application fee, which is currently 348 GBP and the Immigration Health Surcharge, which is set at 300 GBP
  • If the program lasts more than six months, applicants will need to apply for Biometric Residence Permit (BRP), which they will have to collect on arrival.
