Good teaching and good facilities and intelligent professor and this good College has a good reputation for its social activities. Wanted to go to a college about this size. College's grads get into top grad/professional schools. The percentage of students that graduate from this college.

Placement Experience:
Our Ex-students are able to secure seats in many top university's of India like JNU, DU etc. Many students are able to get jobs in famous companies of Assam and India. Our teachers said that our alumni have an excellent performance in TCS. I can able to say that the overall placement rate of our college is satisfying.

I have not scored very good in Higher Secondary examination. Hemo Prova Borbora college give admission to that girl's who get low marks. 2ndly this is the only girls college near our district and very secure for girls so that I select this college.

The college Jagannath Borooah college in short JB college is an reputed college of upper Assam. All the departments of this college is good. It is an autonomous college guaranteed by Dibrugarh university. The college generally follows the delhi university syllabus. And all these reason made me to give my preference to this college

J. B. College is a autonomous college. The teaching quality is very good in our college. Many prominent fellows of Assam passed out from our college. The most important thing is that our college achieved A grade from NAAC.

Hemo Prova Borbora College is a famous girl's college in our state. Hemo Prova Borbora College playes a major role in girls education in Assam. More over college provide as sociology houners. Most importantly the college is the only girls college in our district. So that I got admission in this college.

Our college is the Assam's 2nd College and upper Assam's 1st College. NAAC rewarded A grade to the college. It is an autonomous college and teaching faculties of this college is famous in all over Assam.

the subject, economics was my favourite in HS. so i choose it to take. and the college was near from my home. At first i wanted to take admission in cotton university. but my marks obtained on HS final exam was not enough to do it. i was disappointed and took the decision to come to JB College

During the first year, the students of all branches will have a common classroom for all subjects. It is from the 3rd semester that you will be well acquainted with respective branches. The teachers are very dedicated and cooperative and the classes are held regularly.
Alongside academics, you would be left with enough time to excel through various extra-curricular activities. The annual tech fest “Auxesis” is held every odd semester and the University Week is held every even semester. The workload becomes exhausting during these semesters.
The campus is serene and splendid. The greenery everywhere brings out the best of the serene beauty and creates an enthusiastic environment for studying. Overall, your college time here would be terrific.
Everyone has their own individual perspective and opinions thus; your experience might be very much different and better too.
