- Everyone is friendly .all professors are helpful.very impactful teaching and very good experience and overall development.good coding environment and healthy competition among students.overall very knowledgeable and helpful faculty.
- Pleacement of the college is going very nice many good company like google yahoo microsoft twitter comming for take placement and avg package of the electrical engineering students is 1200000,and cse students avg package is 1500000
- Fee can vary between 4500 per semester to 60000 per semester .scholarship like minority-1,gen-1, sc-1, ... are provided to help students to complete there 4 year course without feeling financial burden
Dislikes
- The placement for 2020-24 batch was not too nice like previous year .
- Due to very low area ,we are somewhat feel problematic when have to organise any event at bigger level.
- There will be no scholarship provided by any government site .about the placement is not good enough, especially for our branch the placement is too low and who have they got it a very low salary .

- The thing that I liked the most was the taste of the food that we get in the mess, which gives us very tasty food.Drinking water is fresh and pollution free.
- This is a running free campus. Our seniors are very friendly. Seniors guide us on our mistakes and help us to correct them.
- The infrastructure and maintenance of the hostel is quite good. A lot of attention is paid to cleanliness in the hostel.
Dislikes
- The size of our campus is quite small compared to other NITs. We have only one playground, we do not have separate grounds for football and cricket.
- We have very few festivals and clubs, so it is difficult to organize them in this small campus.
- Some boys don't like to see their friends progressing in their careers. That's why I have trouble studying in such an environment.

Placement Experience:
Campus placement starts after our 7th semester. Students in the 4th year are allowed to sit in the placement round.
The companies that visit here are Google Flipkart, facebook , Microsoft,Paytm, Amazon,Wipro,Deloitte,Reliance ,Byjus, Atlassian etc..
The highest placement for NIT patna ever was 1.6 cr ,which was an off campus placement secured by a student of NIT Patna.
Percentage of student getting placed:: 85-90%
After getting the degree, I will also sit in the placement round and accept the campus placement offers.

- The competition around students is excellent
- The seniors are too much supportive they provide support for career advancement
- Placement are quite good and even mechanical Student are eligible to take placements from software companies
Dislikes
- Quality of mess food and gathering in a hostel room
- The campus at nit p is too short only 36 acres
- We have to play all game in a single ground

The placement are too good at nitp.From 7 semesters students are eligible for campus placements.
Flipkart, Amazon, Google, Infosys and many more companies visit here.
Highest package is around 52lpa and average package is 14lpa
Around 90 percent students got placed.

- I liked the faculty and the teaching process.
- The campus is very big and good. Also no ragging is happening here.
- Senior and junior has a good bond, they helped each other.
Dislikes
- I don’t like the mess food. They are not that much good in taste.
- I also don’t like the old structure, buildings and small ground
- I don’t like the sharing rooms of four students as they become congested
Placement Experience:
The placement of our college is very good. Many more good tech companies like Visa, Microsoft's Flipkart, Amazon, Deloitte, PwC and many more companies like Tech Mahindra ,TVS . Also call companies like keysight.
And many public sector companies like Hindustan oil ONGC are you coming here

- Seniors are they guide very good so that you can excell.
Dislikes
- Campus is very small, i.e. very compact size campus.
- Hostel are not inside the campus they are outside the campus.
- You have to stay in hostel with three, five or even six students.
Placement Experience:
From third year students are eligible for placement. Comapnies like amazon, google, TCS, wipro, meta, microsoft, samsung, oracle, adobe etc. percentage of students placed is 84%. Highest package in 2023 was 52 LPA, average is 13 LPA. My plan after getting degree is to do M.Tech from top IITs.

- Club activities are appreciable. They are working for each domain. This can help students to gain knowledge by working with them.
- Professors are good. So in class study will be good. They are also curious to solve doubts in class
- Hackathons are great way to learn here which happens yearly in tech fest also the sports facility is very nice.
Dislikes
- Not good coding environment in college and no competitive nature which may reduce development.
- Labs are not that much effective. It needs much more improvement.
- Hostel facility is not that good specially for freshers.
Placement Experience:
Placements of college is very good and many companies visit this college which includes mncs.
Companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Intuit, Texas instruments, TCS , phone pay, Paytm, etc. visit s the college. Total 400 offers are there . Placement is over 90% here with average of 13 lpa. Highest package of 55 LPA was seen this time. Companies come for different job roles like developer, core jobs and marketing sector.
I have thought to purse M Tech after college to get more expertise.

- It very good college. I like the area of collage it quite good we can go classes and hostel in less time. This is very good
- College professor are very good in their behaviour. They treat their students very well
- Hostel facility are very good for students those who are not belongs to Bihar .
Dislikes
- Our hostel is outside from campus that is bad.
- I think Air Conditioner should be in our class rooms
- Also mess food is considerable. It is not student cooperative mess
Course Curriculum Overview:
The Electronics and Communication Engineering course is part of our BTech course. I think ECE is good for coming future market and will create more options for the students to show their talent.
Frequency and timings are good for exams in this course I like all the aspects.

- Ragging is strictly prohibited. If found, severe actions could take place.
Dislikes
- Shortage of hostels, but very soon we would be shifted to our new Bihta campus,so this problem would be resolved.
Placement Experience:
The college offers a good placement opportunities. Students can apply for placement in their final year. There are many reputed companies like TCS, Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft etc which hire students form our college. The highest package in my Ece branch was 52Lpa and the average is 8 to 9 Lpa. The percentage of students placed is excellent. My plan after the getting the degree is to have a job in a reputed tech company with sufficient annual package.

- No ragging system that I like the most.All seniors treat their juniors in good manner.
- It is in main city so their is no any problem of travelling and even we get lot of things to eat just outside our campus
- Now a days coding environment is also improving.Our coding clubs also showing interest in hosting different hackathons.
Dislikes
- In girls hostel the entry time is 9 o clock in evening but in boy's hostel it's not like that so this I don't like.
- Mess food is also very ollily specially for breakfast
- Our campus is very small as compared to all other Nits it is the smallest one
Placement Experience:
Nit patna placement ratio is good enough particularly talking about CSE branch almost all students placed from fourth year students become eligible for campus placements and for internship it starts from third year onwards and please note this is not fixed if you are skilled enough than you can get your internships before this also and this time 100% placement is seen in mechanical branch also.

- The professors in this college , especially in the CSE depatment are very nice and supportive. They are expert in their respective research field and also very passionate about teaching.
- The sports infrastructure here is too good. Despite having a small campus, all sports facilities are available including Cricket, Football, Basketball, Tennis, Squash and Badminton.
- The location is very good. It is in heart of Patna city so anything of your need is within 1 kilometer. Also, the railway station and airport are just 30 mins away.
Dislikes
- The hostels are a bit old in infrastructure for the first year. But the location where it is present compensates for it.
- The campus alllows visitors without proper entry. Although security is very tight at hostel entrances, but someone from outside can also enter the campus.
- The new campus at bihta is long pending to start its operations. After it starts, many facilities will be upgraded.
Placement Experience:
The campus placement here is very good. The percentage is around 90%. Internships are also offered on campus from the third year and stipend starts from 50K /month. Almost all multinational tech companies and startps visit here for campus placement. The placement in the core sector is also very good. the average package in this year is around 16 LPA and highest is around 82 LPA from Atlassian. Also, after graduating the admisssion to Post Graduate Curses become easy since you hold a degree of NIT Patna which is a institute of national importance.

- The hostel facility is very good the rooms have to be shared by 2 or 3 students there are 6 boys hostel and 1 girls hostel .
- There are no. Of clubs in college thats , your extra curricular activities enhanced.
- Friendly faculty and the lab and their maintenance is pretty good.
Dislikes
- The campus is not so big but now the campus will shift to big which have campus area about 125 acres.
- The library is also a bit small but it almost has all the books.
Placement Experience:
From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placement.
A large number of companies including Deloitte,oracle ,Texas instruments, trident, Nation with namo etc came for internships and placements.Almost all the students from circuital branches get placed decently.This year Mechanical saw 100% placement.
The highest of college about 50 lakh
