The fee structure for NIT Raipur and any other IIT according to MHRD are as follows:

In case your family income is less than 1,00,000, you will get full remission of tuition fees. IIT tuition fees are around 2 lakhs now and the same for NITs is around 1.25 lakhs.
If your family income is between 1 lakh to 5 lakhs, then you will have to pay a third of the fee of the IITs and NITs.
