- I liked the campus beauty and the staff over here who are very supportive and the teachera who are ready for yoy every time you go to them and wven the hygine is maintained quite good here
- Faculty members in this department are the best atleast i think so, they interact with students in a friendly manner this allows us to freely ask our doubts and gain knowledge.
- Tution fee in each year is increased by 10 percent and there are number of scholarships and fee refunds for which a student can apply for after approval of his cirtificates and various other documents.
Dislikes
- Hostels - their is not sufficient hostels available for students and hostel mess is very bad. their is no student union available so it is very difficult to make some change in college.
- It is not so good as expected because of lack of facilities within the college.but according to social aspects and culture it is good and our nit is lacking infrastructure and this affects campus life too.
- It is a very small campus compared to the other nits, the college grounds are very small, and there are no separate buildings for the courses.

- I like the way of teaching style by professors.
- College website is very good and excellent

- There are no sufficient hostels for all students.
- There will be always wifi issue in the hostel.
Placement Experience:
From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Highest package offered is 55 lacks per annum. Average package offered is 13 lakhs per annum. Nearly 75 percent students are getting placed.

- The education provided here and the curriculum
- Events like eclectika where celebrities are welcomed
- The facility to go out during day times as many times our wish
Dislikes
- Less hostels for students of 2nd, 3rd and fourth years
- Poor hostel facilities which belongs to the college
- The campus is small and do not have proper playgrounds
Placement Experience:
The placements here are good, in fact nice placements is the only good thing this college has. I think from the fourth semester students become eligible for campus placements. The highest package last year was 57lpa and the average is 17 lpa. My plans are nothing but achieving good package

- In college the study is good, placements are going well, And better environment.
- We are having good curriculum, college is providing internship to students
- Overall in all activities the students are getting engaged
Dislikes
- Not having plenty of hostels to students
- Ragging for 1st juniors from the seniors
- The campus is of only 100 acres where we are not having auditorium
Placement Experience:
In nit raipur the placements are good enough. Most of the students are getting placed in top multinational companies. Recently most of students got PPO from microsoft and linkedin with a good package.

- I like Fests in college.these may be not that good as other nits but I like some fests like eclectika the India's largest fest and samar which is sports fest.
- I like the college canteen,Amul,vachan food which is very delicious.
- I like the college syllabus and circullam.and pattern of conducting exams
Dislikes
- I don't like the sports fecilities in this college
- All students will not get hostel.I don't like this
- Water is not that good I have faced some problems in the starting because of this water
Placement Experience:
From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements.some big companies like Microsoft,Google, Amazon and some other big companies are visiting every year to offer placements for students who are studying in this college.the student who are not placed in campus placements have many opportunities like off campus interviews,some government jobs etc.. and going for higher education

- timings of classes are flexible and there is no stress for students.

- Faculty is not that good and concerned about students

Placements in our college are good. The average package for cs and it students is around 18 lpa and highest is around 67 lpa . Overall avg is 11 lpa . If no placements are offered on campus we can try off campus. In our college there is 95% placement for cs and it.

Course Curriculum Overview:
i choose Bechalor of Technogy in Information Technology at National institutes of Technology Raipur. we learn about computer programming language like c , c++ , python etc. we also learn about machine learning ,Data structure and alogorithm and many things. we are enjoy our learning process.

- The environment of the college is really great .it's a zero ragging institute.it offers great variety of subjects for the students and also the faculty is Highly qualified.
- The fest are a good time to be in college.various clubs organize different fest like eclectika,aavartan ,e summit etc.
Dislikes
- The college campus is small there are not much hangout places .sometimes it becomes boring
- Hostel are a big issue in nit .only 30%students get it ,also which based on their cgpa.
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for campus placement in the 7th semester.the placement rates in the college is good .most of the students in the college are placed in good companies. the average package is around 12lpa and the highest package of this year is of 55lpa. Many good companies like visa,Adobe,delloite visit campus every year for recruitment.

Placement Experience:
after fifth semester you are eligible to apply for placements.
there are 35 companies that visited last year like microsoft, catgemini, etc.. and in which 23 companies have offered.
highest package of 2023 is 55.8 lpa and average is 15.2 lpa
percentage of students placed is 40.

- Many events which help students learn group working skills and other managing skills.
- Faculty is friendly and perfectly trained.

- Hostel is not alloted to all the students
- The frequency of is a bit high.Preparation time is not enough for exams.
Placement Experience:
Students from 6th semester are eligible for placements.Many companies like google , microsoft,hero , virtusa , and more.Highest package for this year is 62 lakh per annum and average package is 13 lakh per annum.The placement percentage for overall branches is 74%.I will try for a placement in campus placements from my 6th semester.

What is your review of National Institute of Technology, Raipur?

As an alumnus of NIT Raipur, here are my views on this institution-
- Faculty- The faculty lags behind in terms of NIT standards. It is slightly above average. This is because their teaching method is not very engaging. That being said, the teachers are helpful. They will advise you to engage in extracurriculars as well.
- Student Interaction- The senior-junior interaction is good.
Despite IIT Raipur and AIIMS Raipur being in close proximity, interaction and
idea-sharing with them is negligible.
- Industry Connect- It has a good industry connection for some core branches like mining, metallurgy, and civil.
- Campus Life- The campus life isn’t good. But eventually, you’ll learn to cope with things and enjoy yourself. You’ll learn a lot during your degree from this campus.
- Infrastructure- There is a lot of room for improvement in the infrastructure of this college.
- Placement- Placement records are decent. Last year an average package of INR 10.1 LPA was recorded by the college. A total of 738 offers were made by 101 companies. Some of the companies that visit the campus for placements include- Infoedge, Siemens, Adobe, Barclays, Capgemini, FIAT, Reliance, TATA, SapientNitro, Oracle, Amazon, Samsung, JP Morgan Chase, Cognizant and Wipro.
Overall, I would say that NIT Raipur is a bit lacking in many respects. However, you’ll get a good chance to rise over here because of low competition.
