Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I love technology and there is greater scope in this than in other branches. the student-faculty ratio would be 13:1 teachers have done masters and some are here for interns maybe who are teaching us due to covid, now every 3 months, we have to give end semester examination but seniors said that when there is no corona they give it after 5-6 months and difficulty level is average because some subjects are easy and some are not

Placement Experience:

Most of the placements are for CS, IT and ECE branch but core branches like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical also have decent placement opportunities. Beside that, non core branches like Production, Biotechnology, Instrumentation and Control have also good placement reports. Students from 3rd year became eligible for campus placements. This year, Microsoft offered highest package of 43.5 lacs to 5 students. Overall Average package of college was 8.57 lacs on 2020. About 92% of CSE, 91% ECE, 74% Civil, 79% Mechanical and 73.4% overall college campus placement. Many Students opt for Gate exam, government exams and plan to study abroad after completing graduation.

Remarks:

First of all its a NIT. The course is good, by opting with Instrumentation and control engineering you can choose any stream at will, as it might be core instrumentation, IT field or BDA,BTA profiles as the students of instrumentation and control engineering are eligible for all those fields in campus placement. The bad aspect may be you will be confused what to choose. Admission process will be same as any other NIT, which is standard procedure.College Duniya helped me so much to select this college. There was ample data on this site and it helped me to choose the college.

NIT Jalandhar: 1 Answered Question

Is mechanical and electronics in NIT Jalandhar as good as CS in the same college?

SagardeepStudied at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar ( NITJ )

Mechanical in NIT Jalandhar:

4-5 senior faculty members are excellent. Every ad-hock is very poor and useful in any way. Undergraduate research opportunities are limited, but you can participate in mechanical teams and learn a lot at international-level competitions and race events, or you can start your own. Self-knowledge is the only source of knowledge. If you want, you can get the most out of your knowledge and experience by leaving here. In terms of numbers, placement is excellent. For a long time, the campus has been dominated by PSUs and automobile companies. This includes excellent companies involved in the core design, the power sector, and the energy sector. They don't go there very often, but the overall placement is excellent.

CSE: Students have good grades and get good jobs as a result of the market boom. Some students are very good learners who work hard for their studies and knowledge, but this type of student is between the ages of 8 and 10. The remaining 80 people dance, sing, and participate in other activities.

ECE: Faculty members are friendly and helpful. Students are exceptional. Placements are good, and some students study the entire CSE curriculum to get the job. If you want to come here, you must choose with your mind, consider all aspects, and think wisely.
