Thapar University Fees Refund Policy 2026
Thapar University has released its Fee Refund Policy for the 2026-27 academic session on June 18, 2026. The Institute will follow the refund guidelines in accordance with the academic calendar issued by AICTE. It covers both academic fees and hostel and mess fees. The refund amount depends on the date of admission withdrawal or hostel vacation.
Students who withdraw their admission on or before July 20, 2026, are eligible for a full academic fee refund after a deduction of INR 1,000. No academic fee will be refunded for withdrawals made after July 20, 2026.
