Placements assistance is provided by the college, Reputed companies like MOL, MOLTA, VR Maritime, Goodwood, PIL, BSM and many others. The faculties also take initiatives in training us to get better placement opportunities for us.

I have chosen DNS because it is for one year and provides pre-sponsorship. And in IMI there are the best Faculty. The way of teaching is very great. Almost all the Faculty are Master Mariners. And every month once there is a terms exam which builds the confidence of Cadets and makes easy to pass final exams.

I chose this course because I always had interested in this field. Student-faculty ratio is good, teachers are always there to help us with our doubts. The faculty is well qualified and experienced in their fields. Exams are also held on a timely basis and exam is of easy to moderate level.

From the 5th semester, we are eligible for placement. Most top companies, such as PIL, MOL, Synergy, Seaspan, MSC, and BSM, are coming for placement. Approximately 60% of students get placement. Not for GP rating, only for cadets.

From the 5th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. There are more companies visiting the college. The highest package is 18000 per month and the lowest package is 12000 per month. 100% of students getting placed in placements.

Placement are 100%. Each of the student is placed after the course in thete own company. Cadets gets stipend around 10k -40k per month and beside this the living and food cost is seperate which is provided by the company.

From semester 4th onward cadets are eligible for campus placements. companies like mersk,msc, nyk, fleet management, Anglo eastern, mol , synergy, thome , bsm. placement is about 90% in this college. Package is totally depend of the company in which you are selected. 90% cadets get placed every year. Plans after getting my degree is to sail all around the world.

The placements in T.S chanakya are good and is around 80%. The cadets become eligible for placements from 2 year. The companies visiting our campus are Synergy, FML, Thome shipping, NYK, MOL, chevron and anglo eastern.The salary depends upon company to company and ship to ship.

For my course the placement is already done and students are pre-placed hence we don't need to attend any interviews and written test after we have joined the course. As far as package is considered the package is quite high. The percentage of students thus placed is 100% as they are pre-placed. After getting the degree we need to go on the ship for training.
