- None other than less holiday,but that is also one of the disadvantages of being in this course
Course Curriculum Overview:
Our syllabus and curriculum is based on IMU, and one can firmly believe the way it is taught is here is better than IMU colleges itself on various grounds. The various competency courses one has to go through before joining this carrer is very well taught. The mix between thoery and practical is kept well balanced. The difficulty of exam is kept fairly high than what is expected in the exams for a better preparation . No areas of improvement needed according to me

- Very good infrastructure. Workshop is well equipped.PVD ( the ship) helps us to gain more practical knowledge about a ship .
- Faculties are very knowledgeable and also approchable. A LRC with well amount of books and computers where you can study peacefully.
- Placement scenario is very good here both for Nautical science and marine engineering. Many companies will come here for recruitment. All you need is to keep all clear in every sem...then only you will be able to sit for company interview.

- The fees is high compared to some other colleges.

Placement scenario is very good in TMI. Many good companies come here for recruitment. All you need is to keep all clear in every semester. Then you'll be able to sit in the company interview and get placement as soon.

The curriculum consists of both practical and theoretical aspects. The curriculum is not so hard. It will prepare you as a competent person if you focus on the curriculum. The syllabus will help you clear all the exam

- The infrastructure of campus and it's a very beautiful place ,calm environment.All indoor and outdoor gmes facilities are there including swimming. For class rooms, smart projects are provided with wifi for students. Library resource is very good.
- The placements are good for Btech marine engineering and other courses. Most companies xame in 2-4 yr for placement and all are international companies. The starting salary is around 500$ per months
- The hostel facility is also good and mess food is quite better as compared to ither colleges mess

placements are good , around 95% of batch get placed in the academic years and rest of them get placed after passing out through college only .
The highest package is 900-1000$ per month as per the company contract.

- I love the campus as it is quite big although it seems empty but still good
- Placement is one thing I can say is very good
- Faculty is good and overall experience is good

- Mess food is not good at all and you are allowed to order only on weekends
- Attendance system is not good
- Facilities are not up to mark as it is government university
Course Curriculum Overview:
Our syllabus is quite but for the upcoming batches the syllabus has changed and has been reduced alot which is quite helpful. So there is no need to worry about the syllabus. The syllabus covers alot of subjects making your knowledge quite wide.

- Unnecessary rules and regulations are there
- The food was good but becoming worse now
- Wardens are very strict and involve in unnecessary matters
Course Curriculum Overview:
From second year onwards the curriculum is best and only focuses on the marine insights. And as bsc nautical science is concerned the student will be able to know the A-Z about the ships and the working on ships, but I don't know why they have given maths in first year which is of no use

The curriculum according to the syllabus is very easy and understandable the exams for each sem will be conducted in the last month of the sem including study leave for the cadets
The exams are not that tuff according Tumi as the facilities make sure that all the portions and all the topics are covered within the given time

According to me the course curriculum is bery easy and understandable.
The exam portions are very easy and and study leave will be given before 2 weeks before the exam
This course is the best option for cadets those who want other degree certificate amd have an interest in sea life
