The only problem in this college is the infrastructure. Most of the buildings are very old and especially our department building is quite old and prone to leakage during rain. Other than that the college is quite good and well equipped with a big library and wifi facilities are also provided.

The eligibility for admission to the Ph.D. course here is at least 5.0 CGPA in Master's degree. The department took an entrance test, with both written and oral rounds, for selection.
I chose NITTTR because it is one of the better colleges in Chennai, and is closer to home.

I select this course over other pg degrees because I am good at maths than other subjects and i found maths interesting. This degree also opens many job opportunities in different sectors for me.
I got admission in this course on the basis of my bachelor's degree with science stream from a recognized university followed by counselling process and documentation.

There would be an entrance exam followed by a personal interview. Through the merit list, the students are admitted to the college. The past academic history would also be taken into account. The admission form is online and would be given on those specified days with the application fee.

The online application form was available on the college website and included detailed instruction about the form filling. The merit list is released by the university after which I visited the college for counseling.

The admission process for getting into a Ph.D. course at NITTTR Chennai is through written and oral entrance tests conducted by the department. The eligibility criteria, of course, is a Master's degree in a related discipline from a recognised University and at least 5.0 CGPA. I was selected on the basis of the tests, and I took admission here then.

You can get admission in this college for higher secondary examination. You have to apply online at the access portal. You need to submit some necessary documents like HS Certificate, Transfer Certificate, and Aadhaar Card Photocopy.

The University of Madras is doing a great job as it is providing a distance degree with an affordable fee structure. If you are a working individual and do not wish to quit your job, then joining distance MBA here will be the best option.
The courses and the study materials provided are good. You need to put effort in your studies to succeed. Self study is necessary. If you desire to learn more, you could attend the classes.
After completing the exams you will receive your Provisional certificate, within 4 months you will receive the completion certificate.

The M.Sc entrance test conducted by Madras University is not very difficult and it is based on the syllabus of the qualifyng degree. The entrance test will be conducted for 100 questions (MCQs) for 2 hours. There is no negative markin system.
