VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I don't know much about placements but I heard some guys placed for 1.7 c per annum i guess. I my course last year out of 300,6 got placed in AWS for 1lakh per month and 10 students for 30k per month or less. I don't about other students. One of my friends senior said he was made to attend bba course interview

As i heard from our seniors of all department. The placement was going good and many of them placed in good package. The highest super dream offer is about 1core per annum . So there will be atleast 3LPA as average.

from 7th semester the student gets eligible for placement so the hassle start from there and the companies visited are : google microsoft amazon apple motorq jp morgan schneider and many many more companies have came to the university to recruit and in number 867 companies have come and around 4000 students have been placed in this college so around 80 percent of the college is placed and the highest package this year being 88 Lakh per annum and my plans being to sit in the placements d well

I'm in my 7th semester now I cannot completely comment since the placement season has now only started and I can strongly saw all the IT/CSE braches have a lot of companies coming and offering good packages, but core branches are facing little difficulty because very few companies are visiting,maybe in upcoming months many can come.But the carrier developement cell is puting out all efforts to help students in terms of placements.

College will help us to get into the placement they provide with good softskills and coding skills that make us to good programmer that help us to get the the placements without any downform.this college provide various types of domains in it field in placement cellular

The placement of Vit is very good .The average placement of last year of my college is around 10LPA. Around 95% of the students gets placed from my college which is very good and remaining students opts for higher studies from the foreign universities

Placement is decent for my branch. Computer science. We have. Avg package around 10-12 lakhs per annum. And a. Lot of people get more than 20 lpa too last year highest package was 1 crores and. Last to last it was 2 crores

Students can get campus placements from 5th semester onwards through internship and then PPO opportunities. The main placement season starts from the 7th semester and onwards till 8th semester. Many good companies visit, including ION, Zomato, HSBC, Microsoft, PWC, TCS, Accenture etc. At my time 800+ companies visited. In CS the highest package were around 50 LPA and average was around 7 LPA. 90 percent + students got placement even in recession times. My plans are to gain real world experience through a job for now.

You are eligible to apply for placement from 7th semester to 8th semester. Or you might get a pre placement offer (PPO). The percentage of people getting placed over the past few years is pretty high.

Our placements are really good. Some of the top companies froom various feilds come every year to hire students from our campus. About 150+ companies come every year. To name some companies , IBM, oracle, Infosys, TCS, Dr. Reddy's, Biocon, HDFC bank, Axis bank to name a few, there are more that come. Average package is 9.9Lakh while highest package hone in 2024 is 1cr to two students .
