VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The college placement is average. They will say you a bunch of criteria to fill before your placement. They will provide you all the learning and high technology way to get placed in campus. Only thing is that in order to maintain their 100% placement record their average placement falls to 7lpa and the highest gone is 85lpa

Placements are superb. VIT has a higher number of strength so approx 990+ company visits every year in VIT and is incredibly increasing. CGPA is focused more thereafter Your skills and projects you made. They also provide internships if u are good at that then they offer ppo there itself. Placements I will give 4.8/5.

Students in their 7th and 8th semester are eligible for campus placements if they do not have any backlogs. There are a lot of companies that come to VIT, last year, it was 800+ companies that came to VIT, highest offered job was 87LPA and average was 10.5LPA. Around 95% of the people got placed last year. I plan on getting into a job, so this year I would be sitting for my placements.

This year 88 LPA was offered by motorQ. Some of the top notch comapnies like Microsoft,amazon,jp Morgan,Morgan stanley have visited VIT with good salary packages. Around 7142 students are placed as of now.

From 5 semester students are eligible for campus placement and around 800 companies visited and the highest offer made was around 1.1 crore, and average packages are around 8 lpa , around 80 percent students get placed, my plans after degree is to do job and gain experience and look for a start up

They are giving their full strength to make us a skilled man...and their way of teaching is just can't explain by words...they all are highly qualified teachers and their network are supreme which will help at placement time.

placements in my college are not bad if i had to express my opinion as regression period going or as it is apparent in placement stats of different colleges in 2023 we had 904 companies visit our campus and a total of 14345 offers were made in which 4461 are above 10lpa and 624 were about above 20lpa highest CTC was 1.02 cr and average CTC was 9.23lpa and 2024 we had 7272 offers 532 above 20lpa 3158 above 10lpa and highest ctc is 88lpa average ctc is 10lpa considering the amount of offers and tcs gives the most offers every years in our college students who completed 6th sem are eligible for placements the companies which visit out campus are of a lot variety like amazon ,tcs ,goldmansacchs ,zomato ,wipro etc. my plans after getting degree are to work for 2 yrs and then doing masters .

Placements of college are more than enough they provide good internships and good placements if you do good in your semesters every year 300 companies visit college to give placements to the students with their dream packaage

Course curriculum is up to date and reallyy good. Teaching methods followed are different by different faculty but overall they are all really good except for a few. They teach us real world applications in the lab sessions

The 7th semester is where placements begin and students with no backs or arrears are eleigible. The biggest pro of VIT is the number of companies that come here. Many big companies like Google, apple, Zomato, paypal, Accenture, Delloite, Bajaj finserve, Ola, Cisco,Flipkart, Kpit, Hitachi energy, EY, Bosch, Royal enfield, Tata motors and many more gave many offers. The highest offer in 2023 was of 88 Lakh INR per annum by MotorQ to two students. The median package in 2023-2024 was 9 LPA with over 8000 offers.Around 90% of the applied students do get placed at the end of 8th semester.My plans after degree is to seek more experience and growth in my current job as an automotive engineer.
