Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is up to date and reallyy good. Teaching methods followed are different by different faculty but overall they are all really good except for a few. They teach us real world applications in the lab sessions

Fees and Financial Aid

Electrical and electronics domain does have a lot of scope. We are even taught coding besides this. The fee policy though is little expensive is what I feel and would be better if they decrease a bit I guess

Campus Life

There are lotssss of social groups, clubs and chapters here. They really help the students a lot in socializing and developing their skills . It increases their interaction with each other and with seniors and faculty

Hostel Facilities

The facilities provided in room vary depending on the type of hostel you choose. The meal quality is okayish. The menu repeats for every two weeks. The hostel is affordable except the apartment type unless you are willing to spend a lott. Not allowed to stay in PGs

Admission

The admission process is through the entrance exam called VITEEE which has subjects like maths, physics, chemistry, biology , English and aptitude. There is no negative marking in the exam. The exam really does test your accuracy

Faculty

actually the campus life here is amazing. The exposure we get on the campus is remarkable. They are many clubs and chapters that help us develop our skills and sharpen them. Greatt alumni network to guide us. Teachers are very approachable and help us with our projects

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
