- One of my senior got placed in Couch Base for 34LPA CTC another got placed in Unilever for 42LPA but this was for CSE and related branches while few of my seniors got decent package from mechanical branch too 8-12L in companies like Mercedes a Euler ~ Anonymous, B.Tech
- FFCS. A study who is facing difficulty to study more, can take less number of credits and it will reduce the burden of the students. And the student can also Complete the entire course in 4 years instead of 5years by taking maximum no of credits. ~ Supriya R Patil, B.Sc + M.Sc
- Campus Life in Vit is simply magnificent.All types of facilities are provided inside the campus including sport complex and restaurants.The girls to boys ratio in Mechanical engineering is surprisinly high of about 1:7. ~ Mithilesh Angal, B.Tech

- I don’t like how the student and faculty ratio is 60-40 ~ Praveen Kumar, BCA
- Lot of exams yearly 3 exams in a semester 2-3 quiz and 1-2 DA ~ Kartik Navnath Narare, B.Tech

Course Curriculum Overview:
I am interested to get knowledge in few courses and few topics . Teachers are enough for the students .term exams are conducted for once in a 45 days . Exam difficulty depends on the faculty setting question paper

- Very friendly environment and faculty was also gud
Dislikes
- Always there will be some construction things which make us think like it was such a hectic thing
Placement Experience:
Placements was okay but yearly the package goes on increasing based on the reach. Until now it was all gud regarding the placements all course students are getting placements even in the mechanical and also in the chemical fields

- Student crowd and worst lift facilities even transport facility is worst
Placement Experience:
From 3rd year students who have less than two backlogs are eligible for placement. Highest package recorded last year was 2 crore per annum and average package for cs is 8lpa. Im planning to do masters in abroad after my graduation

- You can join any club you are interested
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placements from 6th semester.Many companies visited for ex Bosch,Deloitte etc.average package is 5 lpa and highest is 31 lpa.my plans after getting degree is to get a job.percemtage is not so high in placements.

Campus placements at VIT University start from the sixth semester, with a variety of companies offering diverse profiles. Notable companies like TCS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT,WIPRO, ERICSSON,DELL, etc participate, providing a range of job offers.

- The security which was in the college is helpful to prevent worst activities done i.n the university
- The circular events done in college is helpful full to encourage students and perform welland entertain them in the event
- We can refer the library books which are very helpful full in the university
Dislikes
- The food facilities in the university is not good and water facility is also. Not good
- Every thing in the college is on money business who try to collect in the college like extra fines by the management
- The transport facility is not allowed all good in the university
Placement Experience:
After 3rd year students are available for the placements and students who have above 9 cgpa gas chance of getting dream offer which start with 10 lakhs package.and almost 150+ companies visit and more than offers are given by the companies and the highest package was the 63.3 lakhs and avg package is 7 lakh per annum.the percentage of student getting the package is 7 lakhs. and my plane after btech is getting placement in campus

- Campus location when compared to other collehges it is located in aperture good location

- Crowd,there a lot of people in the campus as there are variety of courses offered in vit
- Weather in vellore is pretty bad in summers
- VIT is too strict which is a headache and for girls it is even more strict

I chose this course because I always had an interest in computer science and I wanted to make my career in this field. There are all types of faculty, good bad, and worst. You are given the freedom to select your faculty so choose wisely.

- The infrastructure is very advanced. If we enter the campus it seems like foreign institute.
- The culture of the peoples from different countries gathering in VIT.
- We can explore new things from various perspectives.
Dislikes
- There should be some privacy inside the campus. The whole area is covered by CCTVs
- Getting admission in VIT. Is difficult process.
- The products inside campus is little bit costly.
Placement Experience:
Yearly more than 1000 companies will come for all departments. For B.com more than 50 companies will come. Students those who are interested can sit for placements. But they shouldn't have any backlogs. The well famous companies like Deloitte and PWC will come to recruit.

- There is no discrimination inside campus and faculties will behave like friends and family members.
- The different type of cultures and peoples from various countries and states gather together here. We can explore new things.
Dislikes
- Some times the semester will end too faster.
- There are lots of procedures to get a leave.
Placement Experience:
Yearly more than 1000 companies have been visiting to recruit students. For B.com more than 50 companies will come. Students from 3rd year can sit for placements if they dont have any backlogs. Avrg package will 3,00,000 per annum. Well popular companies like PWC, Deloitte will visit every year.

- I liked faculties, some faculties are awesome.
- They emphasized on learning through CALTech.
- Hostel premises are very nice compared to other colleges.
Dislikes
- Management is not al all good and they just don't care about students.
- Sports facilities are very limited, small basketball courts, badminton courts.
- Getting leave is a big problem in college, we have take dozens of peopel permissions to go out.
Placement Experience:
3rd year students are eligible for internships oppurtunities, while 4th year students are eligible for placement oppurtunities.
This year companies are quite less than previous year, overall 200 companies visited this year for B-Tech and amde around 300 offers.
Highest package was 52L ctc (Zomato) and averaeg was 5L ctc
Percentage of studenst geting placed is around 40% till now
