I chossed this course due to the popularity of computer science it's being long time cse is on boom. There are many faculty over there and I guess students are almost 3 times than faculties I don't why this much crowd. All faculties are highly qualified. Exam is hard I can't express

Campus placements at VIT University start from the sixth semester, with a variety of companies offering diverse profiles. Notable companies like TCS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT,WIPRO, ERICSSON,DELL, etc participate, providing a range of job offers.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got 67000 rank in VITEEE so my fee structure is 3lakhs per year and hostel fee is separate. The fee is too high and there is no scholarship. As I am still studying I did not got any job . It take nearly 16 lakhs for the entire 4 years .

Campus Life

We have Tech fest such as Gravitas held in the month of October .Liubrary is good, have all osrts of books you need.Classrooms dont have AC's , dont know why! sports and all are suppoerted in the campus and well-promoted.

Admission

You can easily find the Application form from the Official website of vit. Application Fee was 1500 at that time .Yes, they do give reservation sort of thing to the local students of vellore, in order for better future for them to the students.But, for people appearing through vit's official test, there is no such provision of reservation.

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
