What Students Say

Likes

I liked faculties, some faculties are awesome.
They emphasized on learning through CALTech.
Hostel premises are very nice compared to other colleges.

Dislikes

Management is not al all good and they just don't care about students.
Sports facilities are very limited, small basketball courts, badminton courts.
Getting leave is a big problem in college, we have take dozens of peopel permissions to go out.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course Cirriculum consists of 188 credits which is to be completed in 4 years of engineering. Student Faculty ratio is poor as there are 1200 students enrolled in Computer Science and Engineering branch only and faculty count is not that much. Each and every faculty is PHD in there subjects 3 exama in 4 months

Class Size: 140Course Fees: INR 195000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The name of the company with good internship oppurtunities was Accenture, role offered was Advanced Analyst Trainne, and the stipend offered was 50k/ month in the 3rd year itself. Selection was basd on GPA criteria.

Placement Experience

3rd year students are eligible for internships oppurtunities, while 4th year students are eligible for placement oppurtunities. This year companies are quite less than previous year, overall 200 companies visited this year for B-Tech and amde around 300 offers. Highest package was 52L ctc (Zomato) and averaeg was 5L ctc Percentage of studenst geting placed is around 40% till now To do job.

Fees and Financial Aid

As such there is no hike in fees in the last recent years, but the fees itself is 1,95,000 Rs per year, which is too much and in online classes too they are taking this much fees. There is no such general schoralship but some deduction is given on fees to STAR students, who were toppers in their respective state boards.

Campus Life

The name of Annual fest of VIT Bhopal is Advitya, it is conducted in month of February. We have to book the tickets and take our passes for the fest, it is not free for students too Classroom has basic amenities,not much. Our Campus lacks in sports beacuse there is crowd of students and very less playing facilities, extracurricular is more in form of clubs. There are various clubs run by students only, android club, AI-ML club, DSC Club, sports club

Admission

Given VITEEE exam got rank for admission Cutoff based on 12th board marks and VITEEE marks No reservation provided for economically waeker sections Management is not very good, need to improve the management, delays in process is normal.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.
