Students become eligible for campus placements from the third semester. Placement comes from companies such as ICICI bank, Gyan dairy, Banas dairy, dehaat, Prism cement, Bajaj capital, ujjivan etc. The highest package is 9-10 LPA and the average package is 5-6 LPA. There is no set percentage for placement. If I talk about my plan after my MBA, I want to work in a reputed company, where I make my career and also improve my skills.
The university also offers internships in various companies like Sinochem, Bajaj Capital, Shriram bioseed, Panseed, etc. where students also got stipends ranging from 10k to 40k depending on the company. Students can do internships in various fields like marketing, sales, production, and whatever they want.
Placement conditions are even worst. The college doesn't provide any placement and it is very difficult for the students to go for placements themselves. Even the internships are not worth it. They dont even provide internships but ask students to have industrial experience atleast from 2 to 3 industries. No students get placed from the college placements. It totally depends upon the students how they will tackle their future and what they can do for their internships. My plans after the degree are only one. I am going to opt for an MBA program from other institutes.
The student eligible for placement after the third semester where they allowed to sit for the companies the company started coming after the third semester where the package is acceptable by the company is minimum of 320000 and the companies like ICICI HDFC Axis Bank Wipro Infosys etc I will be visiting the to the college the highest packages 800000 and the average packages 350000 the percentage of a student get places around 75 to 80% which is is good as per reputation of the college.
Our college does not provide that much placements only few students get placed for 200000 package.our college must focus on training students.
I am not intered in any type of internship.
As placements and jobs are concerned our university does not provide that much opportunity. They are focused on training students so that student can able to grab job when they passed out from college. Only few placements happen every year an maximum package is 2 Lakhs.
Yes I'm currently doing internship on internshala as an content writer on Oyester. I'm intern here for one month and they will provide me with certication. I had given my resume for the internship along with article sample and then they shortlisted me and took my interview and then I got selected.
For courses like b. Com hons it does not offer that good placement as very few companies visit. But for IIT BHU various big companies visit and offer student very high package of 20lakh approx. Approx 5 student was offerd package of 1crore by Google and other companies. And in MBA also it provides package of 6 to 7 lakh.
From our course, about 85% of the students successfully got placed from our college. The highest salary package offered was around 16 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course were TCS, Reliance, Infosys and Wipro. Almost 90% of the students got internships in various reputed companies like TCS, Reliance, Wipro, etc. The top role offered here was a software executive.
Last year our seniors got placed in various companies with marvellous packages. Companies like Tcs, Dabur, Axis bank, Kotak visited to organise campus placement. Around 40% of our seniors got successfully placed and currently working on a good position.Currently i dont have notable alumni for my refer. But a famous startup called ROBINHOOD ARMY was created by one my senior in providing low cost food to the needy peoples and students aho can't afford their livings.
