- Teacher are so good. they behave very well. they support all time
- Yes, they provide scholarship fees, the job opportunities are also good and placements are also good.
- Amazing campus and social life. sports culture is one of the best in this college and also the main thing that is placements are the main attraction point of this college
Dislikes
- The hostels facility is not so good. the bathrooms are not so clean and there are hygiene issues. the food in the mess is not that much healthy.
- The things i disliked about my college is the teachers. sometimes the teachers teaches us in bengali language which is not understand by all the students
- The infrastructure of the class is not prominent. we have to ware college uniforms everyday. the projectors are broken in the class. there are broken benches in the class.

Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placement during the seventh semester. The companies visiting here are Tcs, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, Oracle, Amazon, etc. Companies with higher LPA offer 10 to 20 offers while mass recruiters hire around 200 students. The highest package offered was by LinkedIn 41 LPA and the average is near 5 LPA. Almost 100 percent of students of CSE get placed. I wish to get a job at a good product based company after BTech.

Placement Experience:
From 7th and 8th semester they are eligible for placements.
Hight package is 29lakh, in last year 2021 and average is 3 or 4 lakh, PA
Percentage of students getting placements is quite decent.
About companies that visited till now, you can google that, but i can tell some HIT petrochemicals, Hp, Lg, Nestle, Wipro etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Exams are usually held at the end of January and June. Papers are moderate to tough and passing is a bit difficult for mediocre students unless you apply a substantial amount of effort. College previous year papers and professors' notes are enough. If one goes through them properly it's sufficient.

InTimely exams are after every 5 months and 1 month is for the preparation of exam dates and results. Exam difficulty is not much if you study perfectly then you will not face any problem in anything everything will be easy for you.

Haldia Institute of Technology has the best placements record in private colleges in whole Bengal, Students got eligible for campus placements from or after 6th Semester. There are more than 300 companies visited this year and almost 98% Students got placed. The highest package was of 40LPA this year and the average package is around 4LPA. The CS, IT, ECE, Chemical branch has better placements than other branches in the college. There is also option of off campus placements.

The student are eligible in 6 semester for the campus placement. Many companies like Infosys,Wipro visit our college. The highest package till now is 24 lacs on campus and 40 lacs off campus and the average is around 4.5 lacs.The percent of student getting placed is around 85%.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course my ambition is to be an engineer and contribute something to my countries development . Faculty : student ratio is like about 10:100. The faculty is really highly qualified there are teachers with Phd M tech and much more higher qualifications and there teaching method is unique they will explain you like so easy you will mever ever need yo revise that topic if you truly listen to what teacher teaches. The term Exam was about in two months and that was easy to pass

Haldia Institute of Technology is one of the largest residential engineering institutes in West Bengal. It is spread over an area of 36.98 acres of land and has been ranked at 163 position by NIRF ranking. The college is also accredited with A grade by NAAC
Courses:
The college offers various courses- B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA and MCA with a number of specialisations. The college offers B.Tech in CE, CSE, ECE, ME, IT, EE, Biotech and in many other specialisations and M.Tech in ECE, CSE, CE, ME and Biotechnology. The college has also offered new courses for B.Tech in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and cyber security. Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering and Chemical Engineering are top departments.
Placements:
As per the data of batch 2017-18, 72% students were placed and around 140 companies visited the campus for placements. Some of the top recruiters were Wipro, Infosys, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd, Nestle, Adani Wilmar etc.
Fest:
The college also organises annual cultural fest “Riviera” and annual Techno Management fest- Prayukti”. A lot of competitions and events are held during the fest and different colleges participate in the same.
