St. Xavier’s College offers UG and PG courses under five faculties. The medium of instruction is English. It is empowered to formulate its own syllabus, and establish its own evaluation system, i.e. conduct exams and publish the results.

I chose this universal because it is one of the best colleges across out country offering b.com course. This college has great infrastructure facilities. Also we have a lot of co curricular activities ranging from variety of sports to dance, singing, bands etc. Also this college offers a lot of societies which we can be a part of. This is one of the best part About st. Xavier's.

St Xavier's College is one of the pioneer educational institutions in the state. It is known for its regulation and discipline. It's repute for producing gems of individuals as alumni speaks a lot about it.

I chose this college because it is the best in kolkata and also it helps me concentrate on my sports and studies at the same time. St. Xavier's College's basketball team is also a state club team which participates in the state championship every year which helps me more in my sporting career as no other college in Bengal follows the same policy for its basketball team.

St. Xavier's College has been constantly ranked amongst the topmost colleges in India. Having been established for more than 100 years, this college features some of the best faculty in this country. The placements too are very decent and the course curriculum is very well designed as well.

This is a very reputed college and is well known for its discipline. It has a long and rich history and is known to have a great contribution in shaping the country with the leaders it has produced over the period of time.

Said everything above. Its quite college and infrastructure as well the faculty is excellent. Its just the college is not understanding.

I had chose this institue because i am a neet aspiarant & i want to crack the neet examination 2021 so i admitted in this coaching centre so it helps me to go through the right way to crack the examination.

Xavier's is recommended as the most disciplined college in Kolkata. Which is quite true. There is no political disturbance or influence overall in college campus. There are however a few student lobbies that manages the Xavotsav and exercise some amount of power over college societies and fests. But if one wants to maintain distance from it and focus on academics there is no pressure. We also have secured and peaceful library. It may take a few days for a beginner to get accustomed with the security, book issuing and reading formalities but once habituated the library staff treats you well and are quite friendly (except for a few egoistic members, who shall never smile at you and you can easily identify them with their depressed faces and rude behaviors).
